All American Gutter Protection

This company is terrible! They do not do what they say, do not show up on time, lie about the work performed. Our gutters are leaking after they claimed they were fixed. Said they would return this week but again a no show. I do not recommend this company.

We have not had the week five yet.

After 2 cancelation the job was completed. Told it would take 2/3 hours, they finished about 6 hours later. Ha a lunch break and then left to find a proper piece they were missing. Cleaned up the next morning. When the old gutter came down, so did half a shrub and a garage light. They repaired and continued. Overall, job looks good.

My husband is please with the replacement of our gutters. Our sale person Mr. Kerr was easy to work with. The price was reasonable, too. We live in Michigan, and unfortunately, I can't find a write review link for our state. The weather and the pandemic caused a couple of hiccup, but they were resolved immediately.

There are still some issues that have not been settled.

Next day installation. It was a relief to have the gutters cleaned and covered so I don't have to worry about them. Installation took about 2 hours. I definitely recommend. They did what they said they were going to do. The installer asked multiple times if it was up to my expectation. He gave me his cell phone and said call me with any problems. I'm always in this area and I can come over to fix it.

They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves.

I initially wanted to hire this company to install gutter guards. They looked at the gutters and told me they were unnecessary because I have no trees around the house at all. Such honesty! SO I hired them to clean and inspect the gutters and fix multiple leaks. They did and during the detailed inspection found a problem with the way the roof shingles were installed on one side of the patio several years ago. The wood on the patio roof was rotting out. I called the roofing company and they fixed the shingles. So thanks to All American Gutters I now have functional, clean gutters and the rain is properly draining into the gutters. Very happy. This company is honest, thorough, and management is committed to excellence.
