All American Gutter Protection installed new gutters to warped rotted fascia and every time it rains, the gutter pulls away from the rotted wood and produces a huge waterfall between the fascia and gutter, as well as the outside of the gutter dumping tons of water onto our deck and foundation. We have contacted the company to correct the issue and they have given us the run around for almost 3 months. They have sent someone out who acknowledges all the issues with the poor quality work including poor alignment, however they provide excuses for not finishing the work or repairing the soffit or fascia area. Their company scheduled over a half a dozen appointments and never showed up or called to reschedule. Their customer service department is an absolute joke, and claimed that they escalated the issues we reported and never let you speak directly to someone who can guarantee the completion of the work without getting ghosted. If I could give this scam company a zero rating I would.

The quality of work was fine. They did what they said they would do and charge what they said they would charge.

Rich came and provided the quote to install the gutter protection. He provided me with a sample of their product and thoroughly reviewed the process and the warranty. Once I decided to move forward with them, Matt was able to come out within 4 days and install it. Rich and Matt were both on time and professional. I really appreciated the example product and the payment plan, as it can be a bit pricey. The lifetime warranty and ability to transfer to the next owner is really great. Overall, I am happy and I went with them and would recommend them.

All American gutter sent us two men Joe and Jr who were very professional in their work skills they did our soffit and gutters . I initially wanted to hire this company to install gutter guards. They looked at the gutters and told me they were unnecessary because I have no trees around the house at all. Such honesty! SO I hired them to clean and inspect the gutters and fix multiple leaks. They did and during the detailed inspection found a problem with the way the roof shingles were installed on one side of the patio several years ago. The wood on the patio roof was rotting out. I called the roofing company and they fixed the shingles. So thanks to All American Gutters I now have functional, clean gutters and the rain is properly draining into the gutters. Very happy. This company is honest, thorough, and management is committed to excellence.

They fast, professional cleaning up after the completion of the job.

A little pricier than expected, but got what I wanted for the price.

I have tried several different types of gutter guards on my 5 homes over 40 years. These are by far the best. They keep out the big leaves and the needles and the seeds. And they do not just pile up on top, eventually growing little trees. They wash off. Trees drop branches and pine cones but they have not damaged the gutter guards. Other guards do okay with big leaves, but needles and seeds get through. Ice and pine cones invert them or branches impale and dislodge them. If you are determined to keep your gutters clear and have mature trees above them you will end up with this system eventually. Cheaper and easier to do it the first time.
