I paid $350 I really liked Kalen he did a good job and had a solution for my electronic air filter that no longer works. He serviced my furnace, replaced a couple parts and special ordered furnace filters for the electronic air filter space, that I paid for 2 months ago and never received. I spoke to his receptionist and she never called back to let me know what they found out. I?ve called and texted multiple times since with no response. Needless to say I?ll be taking my business elsewhere
