He was President of first state ASHI for 8 years and over the past 20+ years has performed 13,000 home inspections. He was appointed by the Governor of Delaware to the Chair the State Board of Home Inspectors. He is also licensed to perform termite inspections and radon testing in Delaware and Maryland. I was pleased in every way with this company. Francis, the inspector, was great and very thorough. He spent close to two hours on a two bedroom condo. The report was emailed the same day and included pictures of everything. I highly recommend this company and Francis.

Don showed up on time, was very knowledgeable on the subject and was able to provide us some great suggestions on who to save our home energy costs.
