Sewer Main Clearing
Everyone at All American is helpful and friendly. They provided great customer service. The technicians were careful and thorough. It is also worth noting they did the job for about half of what Roto-Rooter quoted -- without the attitude, indifference, and rudeness we received from Roto-Rooter.

I was experiencing gurgling noises when I ran water down our kitchen sink. The customer service rep listened to my concern and even though this wasn't an urgent matter, 2 techs were dispatched to my home within 3 hours. They diagnosed the problem, told me the options for fixing it along with the costs and I made my decision. Junior and Adam knew exactly what to do and explained everything as it was being done. I was able to see before and after videos of the drain cleaning. The cost isn't cheap but the results of their work gave me piece of mind that the problem was resolved. This team knows their stuff. They were polite, punctual, and got the job done! (And I don't think it was easy). They explained what the issue was, as well as what they had to do to resolve. They also offered suggestions for preventing a recurrance, but didn't press the issue. No hard-sell whatsoever. Overall, a great experience, especially considering that all the previous plumbers failed to really resolve the blockages!

The company had a flat rate charge of $325 to unclog the drain which I thought was a bit steep. But on the other hand, they arrived early on the same day I requested help. The two young men who arrived were very polite, cleaned everything up before they left. Very professional and well done.

After initially calling, and being treated so well, I was pleased they were able to send someone over within about 1-2 hours. Junior and John arrived, provided us with all the possibilities, anticipating one possibility over the others, but wanted us to be informed just in case. Fortunately for us, it was the most likely problem Junior and Johnny had predicted, and they had the problem fixed rather quickly. Hopefully I won't need them again for many years, but would recommend them to any one of my friends.
