Snow Removal
THe work was OK, but they have a lot to learn about customer service - If you can't make an appointment or are going to be late, you call and let the customer know. You don't leave a customer hanging! I took an afternoon off to meet Alex at 2PM. He didn't show until after 4PM and never called me to say he was running late. This was after he failed to show up the Saturday before and didn't call!!!

Delays in scheduling estimates and work, Alex arrived unannounced at 4:30 and when I returned home 2 hrs later, they had trimmed bushes/trees and were "cleaning up". I asked about weeds that remained on bushes, scrub growth within my rhododendron and uneven trimming of hedge and matching shrubs Most of my requests were met with "can't trim too much until fall My initial request was fori removal of ivy on the house in anticipation of new siding. Told to get some round-up since it couldn't be removed by hand. Round-up was also rec'd for weeds in the garden even as I modelled pulling them.Initial est. was $300-400 and final cost was $400.

Alex was just about to leave for a training stint with the military when I hired him, so he said that while he was gone, his friend would be mowing my lawn. Well, I was confused as to exactly which day the lawn mowing would begin so I called Alex's number off of my caller i.d. and left a message saying that it was Thursday and I wasn't sure if anyone would be coming. Can you believe that Alex actually called me from overseas to tell me that he had talked to his friend about getting out to my house asap? Amazing. Both Alex and his friend have done an exceptional job.
