They are cheaters. Do not use it! Were 4 hours late arriving. Did not wrap items so the couch is filthy. Did not completely move off the couch, claimed could not get upstairs, and offered a sketchy side deal to handle. Had to hire second movers who moved in 10 minutes! Did not deliver inner glass shelves to the unit and 2 couch legs, left in the truck. Now refuse to return these items. Sketchy payment, asked for written code, etc. Unresponsive to calls, emails to follow up with missing items. What a nightmare.

Do not use this company! They smashed furniture and lamps. Some of our furniture went missing and has never been recovered and they tried to deliver someone elses bike to us. Will not return calls or texts. The people they hired were college students who knew nothing about moving. They brought half of our belongings and it took a week to get the rest. They left my $30,000 Steinway grand piano on its side in my living room because they did not know how to put it together. The owner promised the next crew that brought the rest of our belongings would be experts at putting together a piano. The main guy wanted to drill a hole in the piano because he could not get the legs on. Finally the inexperienced guy figured out they had the legs backwards! They are the absolute worst!

Moved from Palmetto, Fla to Alpharetta, Ga. Excellent service and the first move we have ever had with ZERO damages. Would never consider another company for a move.

I wouldnâ t have been able to move if it werenâ t for the help of All American! I highly recommend them to everyone I know...they know exactly what they are doing and how to make sure everything you need is handled the right way. I had to move from GA to FL without much notice and they responded to my inquiry right away, took care of everything I needed for my move, and kept me fully informed every step of the way. Definitely will use them for all future moves I have!!

The best service from ordering working with me when closing dates changed on a condo sale and house buy at the same time. Then all the packing, storing and delivery/set up from old place to new was absolutely perfect. Completed efficiently and nothing broken or missing- quite different from my prior move. Youngish guys who have energy to spare. You won t go wrong if you hire them.

They were very efficient, quick and very knowledgebale. Derek and Josh took extra care of packing our furniture, artwork and many other household items. Totally recommend

First lesson: You get what you paid for!! I choose this moving company due to lowest quote, big mistake!! Several issues: I was told 3 guys will move me within 5hrs, arrival between 12-2:00pm, only 2 showed up at 3pm, 1hr into move 1 guy left, leaving 1 guy to break down and wrap furniture, by 9:00pm (6hrs later) the job was still not finished so he called his other movers to help, 3 more guys, plus the one that disappeared early arrive and in a frantic rush finish packing the truck....but not before my storage unit closed 10pm. During the packing and moving I informed the movers that I need my items wrapped in padding, due to will be in storage for undetermined amount time. I supplied some padding & fabric to wrap sofa and other furniture. At some point, the one mover used few his own coverings, which I pointed out, he replied "dont worry" u can keep them, no charge!! Second lesson: Don't fall for the "don't worry" pitch!! The move finally finished @11pm, now time to pay up?? What, when do I get my items delivered to storage or inspect condition of my furniture? Well, not until tomorrow, but you have to settle up and sign several pages documents letting them off hook for any liability! So after much dismay, I paid on Visa which they used a old fashion carbon paper and called back to office to approve. I crossed out my card # and refused to sign form giving permission to use my card for extra charges!! Third Final Lesson: Keep your eyes open!! We agreed to meet at my storage place 7am next morning by 8 no show, I called office spoke to a very rude gentleman Derrick, inform me they need another $200 for the padding unless I agree to use them again to move from storage? Otherwise, they will take all the padding off furniture before put in storage unit!! Of course, I was upset explaining I supplied my own padding and was told few pads used I could keep....anyway, I was hung up on and told not sure when truck would arrive!! When they did arrive at 10am, 2 guys (same 2 from previous night) the one that disappeared previous night was smelling like alcohol and looking mess, the other guy Joshua was hyped up but apologized for the padding issue! We discussed the unit lay out (furniture one side, box on other side with aisle to walk down middle). They started unloading, meantime I had to met realtor at previous home to give keys etc. I return to find my furniture and boxes in parking lot, Joshua gone! he sent to another job, another guy there and the drunk dude SLEEPING in back unit on furniture!! After taking pictures and video him sleep and snoring I called company! The boss came with another man to help unload, at this point its 2pm, my furniture is thrown in unit all kinds of crazy....boxes marked heavy on top fragile kitchen, mattress in middle instead against wall, chairs teetering on top TV box etc.! When the owner stop by, he stated the drunk guy will be let go, but no apology for poor service, rude customer service and the disarray they left my belongings!!

Very experienced service. 30+ years between both movers. Did a great job. Everything was moved without damage and they were very friendly. However their experience also allowed them to know how to manage the time without being too obvious. They were middle aged men and it showed in the number of breaks they took. They also took what I felt to be excessive amount of cigarette breaks. Since you pay by the hour, every minute counts. It was a 3 floor move so I can empathize but I also did a lot of the work with them to keep them moving so I don't feel bad criticizing. If you want a safe move these are your guys. If you want it done fast then try another company. I'm satisfied with the movers but I wouldn't use them again. I prefer a quicker pace of work when its done by the hour. I tipped them as is traditional but I think they're tip was in the extra hour or 2 they added to the move.
