I hired this company to remove a skunk from under my daughters barn, which was preventing her from taking care of her livestock! He did not expect me to pay until he set the trap, and then I was only expected to pay the portion for setting the trap. If he caught the skunk, I would then pay for the removal of said skunk. Which I felt was very fair. We set a time for Richard to go to my daughters, in the meantime, the skunk left from under the barn, the dog tracked his prints in the snow to the property line. So, I called Richard to cancel the trap setting. Richard was very happy to hear the skunk was gone, that his services were not required, at this time. There was no arguing about still setting a trap, or any fees for the phone time. A true business man and a gentleman! Yes! Richard was very friendly, personable and thorough. He immediately puts you at ease and is easy to work with. He responded quickly to my call and set up an appointment the next business day. He removed two wasp nests from my basement in about 15 minutes. The charge of $150 to do that seemed high, but I couldn't get up the courage to remove the nest myself and felt it was better to have a professional handle it given the large size of the nest. I would recommend this company and use them again for other pest control needs in a heartbeat.

Richard responded quickly and set up an appointment for that Monday. They were on time, very polite and professional and patiently explained the different bugs I had questions about. Would definitely recommend!
