I would like to take this opportunity to warn everyone about Pete from PS Plumbing. Pete was called to replace the waste line in my house. Originally, he came in with a lower bid than other plumbers. He did the work and left. We did notice that our toilet, which never leaked before, started leaking after he did the job. He came back once to fix it, but when it started leaking again, he told me it was not his fault. Fast forward a few months, and I end up with a rat infestation. We didn't know how this could have happened. After having multiple exterminators and trappers, were learned that Pete had never capped the old waste line when he cut it. This gave all the rats a 4-inch entryway into my house. I reached out to Pete. He apologized, came to put a cap on, and said he'd be back to replace my toilet. He also told me he would "do whatever he needed to do to make this right" I still have his text. As of today, we have caught 34 rats in my house, and there are still more. I try reaching out to him, and my last few texts have gotten no response. His mistake has cost me close to 6 figures in damages between personal property that I have had to throw away due to the rats destroying it, to contractors, to clean up, to damage to my house and property. That doesn't even begin to touch the fact that I am living like this. I even sent him a text with a video of the rats scratching on my bedroom wall, and he has not responded. I asked him for his insurance information. Still no response. Please, take my advice. STAY FAR AWAY from PS Plumbing. I would hate for another family to have to go through this horrific experience.

i had a leak in my water line. The Plumber replaced my line wit new copper and fittings. Very Nice gentleman.

Me and my wife spoke to Mike from All American plumbing. I had a broken pipe for my faucet that was causing issues. I supplied a new faucet and these guys took care of it in a timely manner. would recommend it.

They installed a brand new Navient combination unit for me. I called and they showed up the same day i cant to do the work. Hats off to Anthony for the speedy service.

Mechanics went above what I called for, even doing plumbing I did not request nor did I know about until after the job was done. Unfortunately they ripped out my insulation and walls in half my basement and left me to find someone to replace without warning again They we are done in three days but left me hanging for two weeks with no contact

To finish my review I also appreciate the quality of work done my only gripe was the pricing but overall worth every dollar spent three I wouldn?t think of using anyone else. A old saying you get what you pay for and I have complete satisfaction and recommend anyone use this company if in need of a expert plumber

Simple Job, Snaked the line, arrived very quickly

Showed up to my house in the middle of the night for an emergency. These guys were knee deep in water pumping water out of my basement from a flood.

Tim and Greg stopped on their way to another customer and cleared my drain quick.

Arthur and Anthony were very professional and well mannered. They also tuned my boiler for free.

My wife found this company All American Plumbing on angies list someone came later that same day (9/12/22) to take a look. The tech Chris took my toilet off and within 30 seconds said we had mold as well as a broken flange and recommended we rip out the floor in our 24 square foot bathroom. The price given to us was 1,800.00 which for a bathroom that size is over double what it should have been. (Yes we asked other contractors for estimates after the fact, which is how we know) The job included taking everything out of the bathroom, breaking up the floor and returning everything in its place when the floor was finished. In order to get on their schedule, we had to put down 10% which we did 180.00. The first part of the job was done (9/13/22) except for breaking up the whole floor all they took was about 6-8 inches around the toilet bowl they had my wife write a check for 1,959.75 . We had already given 10% but they still charged my wife the full amount with tax and cashed both checks. I had requested a receipt twice since then and still have not received anything. After I put a new floor down I called (saturday 9/17/22) and Anthony told me no problem call Monday morning tell them anthony said it was a priority and we will send someone out to put the toilet and sink back into the bathroom. Like Anthony requested I called that Monday (9/19/22) and they said someone will come between 4-5 that evening except no one showed and no one called us. Tuesday morning I called to try and reschedule and they apologized and said someone will be out to you Wednesday evening at 6:15 and again I requested a receipt for the job. No receipt was sent and again they left me hanging no phone and no show. My wife and I have used angies list before but we are really disappointed in the company they referred us to this time.
