I recently purchased a house only to discover after three months that my lateral sewer line was going to need to be replaced SOON! I had another well-known company come out to clean the line and then proceeded to quote me nearly $10,000 to do the repair. I reached out to HomeAdvisor to try to get some more quotes and Brian called me very quickly after I submitted my request. He gave me a much better price and was extremely kind and professional. There was a slight delay due to the the weather, but Brian and his team got there and got the job done quickly and clean up was beyond my expectations. They did run into a problem that would require more work and money. As a single mom, I was worried about the extra expense but Brian was BEYOND fair in how he handled the situation. I even joked about some extra landscape that I wouldn't mind disappearing and he made that happen too! All American Plumbing is a great company! I cannot thank them enough for everything they did for me and will definitely be using them again!!!

Mt five stars is because he had guys come out and fill in dirt next to a side walk. I really appreciated that Brain was willing to send his guys out to do that.

I needed a new water line from house to street. Contacted Brian through Home Advisor, he called and gave me an estimate and time frame we could both work with. Brian and his crew came out on a Tuesday morning and by late Wednesday morning new line was in, inspected and, backfilled, been in my house for 27 years and have never had this kind of water flow and pressure, could not be happier. They are both polite and very professional, I do not think you could wrong hiring them.

Brian called me right back when I selected him on Home Advisor. He came out and looked at the project (replace broken water line into my house) and gave me an estimate. I was leery of hiring a company I hadn't heard of but I had checked online reviews and they were all positive. He was very professional, he and his crew answered all of the questions I asked. Final cost is what he had told me in the estimate. Would not hesitate to recommend him to family or friends.

Hire Brian Harris for any plumbing needs...NOW! For installation of our new hot water tank, he was extremely professional, courteous and honest. His work was excellent quality; soldered copper joints were the neatest I have ever seen...works of art, assorted shutoffs were included, and clean up was great- even wiped off the top of the tank. Final price was below estimate since it went faster than expected; he could have easily billed me the estimated price, which was very reasonable to begin with. His two assistants were pleasant and polite, moving the tanks through our home carefully. Brian treated them with great respect and a touch of humor, all the while having high expectations. Brian is now my go-to plumber! Professional, high quality, and honest.

They showed up on time. The hot water tank company sent the wrong part. They did not charge me for coming out at all. Real class act. Super nice guys.

They came out on a Sunday afternoon to fix the T&P valve (pressure valve that is notorious for rubber gasket failures). Gave me a quote & charged me that amount (however, no breakdown of actual costs for service & parts), but let that pass because of a Sunday visit. Bottom line: Very satisfied w/ work & would hire in future.

Weather was bad so they worked Sat @ Sun to fnish the job no xtra cost to me. Great Guy.

After speaking with Brian to determine the correct horsepower of pump I needed, it was installed promptly. While they were here, I had them check out another issue. They crawled into a very narrow space to measure and give me an answer I needed for another project. I would recommend them.

Fantastic experience and excellent work. With an older house plumbing surprises are common. Despite several unforeseen difficulties these guys overcame the obstacles and did a fantastic job. As it turned out the gas line came down the same trench as the sewer line. They did not break the gas line and managed to keep it safe by hand digging. The distance they had to dig turned out to be 40 feet instead of 12 feet as the sewer line did not travel the shortest logical route which was used to create the initial estimate. The depth of the sewer also turned out to be much deeper than we hoped as well. This being said the additional charge was minimal considering the extra work involved. Also, All American Plumbing did not leave me hanging without a sewer line. They started the job shortly after we came to an agreement and did not stop working until the service was restored - about 8 hours later. The work was inspected and the hole filled the very next morning. This consideration was greatly appreciated! I will absolutely use All American Plumbing for any plumbing work needed in the future. Great job and thanks guys!!!

Kevin and his team were very responsive and very good to work with to make sure what they did was what I needed. They kept me up to date on when and what they were doing. I would use All American Plumbing again anytime I need plumbing work in the future.

I hired All America Plumbing to move a gas pipe.so I finish a bath room project. I will hire Brian and his staff any time i need a plumbing project .His crew were very hard working,very clean ,very respectful of my home and family.the job was done properly and expediently on time on budget .I was very happy with price of the project and the job whey did.
