All American Pools Inc

I Hired Mark due to my previous pool guy turning my pool green, I have never seen my pool so clean and very clear he has been maintaining it it?s been about 2 weeks now and I have had no issues

Great company to work with, great pricing and fixed my filter problem.

Installed the wrong filters incorrectly, didn't' serve my pool properly. Would not come back, had to hire someone else. He is a scam. The installation of the wrong filters caused more issues.

Nothing

They were very professional and knowledgeable.

Quality of time/ effort doing work extremely low.

Can't complain very professional. Big improvement from the original state of my pool, I can finally use my pook

This guy is a flake. Initially he seemed real nice, knowledgeable and ready and willing to take on the job of cleaning my pool. He was a no show three time, always with excuses. The first appointment he never called or anything. I text him, he text me back a day latter stating he was behind schedule and would start my pool the next week. He stated he would be out the following Tuesday. Well Tuesday came and went. He never showed. I text him and he told me he had family plans and had confused the dates and he would be out the next day. Well Wednesday came and he called and said his equipment broke and that he would be out Thursday. He finally showed up on Thursday and pressure washed my pool. The pool paint was in bad condition so I agreed to have him repaint the pool. He told me he would go to the store to purchase the paint. Needless to say, I haven't seen or heard from him since. If you are serious about hiring a professional to get your job done, Marc is not your guy!!!!

Mark responded almost immediately. He answered my questions and was extremely honest in what my pool actually needed. I DID NOT need an acid wash as I thought. He could have taken me for it but he didn't! He's really an upscale guy and up beat as well.

Responded quickly, very friendly. Very professional work. I will continue to use this service for future pool projects.

Very knowlegeable.

got the job done fast

Nice guys and on time!

Great! He did an excellent job and we were very happy with all of his work. We are planning on using him in the future to remodel our pool. Thank you for the excellent recommendation.
