He worked with out the permit, I was told he got it and city call me and let me know it had never been picked up. I went and paid for permit and he would not reimburse me, He did unfinished work, he also damaged my siding that will cost me 1,500 to fix. He left yard full of debris and I had to hire handyman to clean up yard. He dug a trench around foundation that flooded and water got in my basement. I had to have carpet cleaned and sheetrock is getting mold. He took all my payments for project and took from April to July and would work only a couple of hours, and still the project is unfinished.

Concrete Flatwork Repair & Resurface
Completely professional and honest. Gene walked me through every aspect of my project so I understood everything. They had to remove and rebuild a retaining wall on one side of my property along with laying down pavers. They also installed a new apron in my driveway. The job looks spectacular. I put the project in Gene's and his crews hands and I was not disappointed. I will definitely have them back for future projects. I am recommending All American Renovations to my family and friends. Utterly unprofessional work preformed. Worker observed throwing demolition debris toward a bucket hitting our uncovered built in grill. Had to stop work mid-day because property was not properly covered/protected by tarp. Left debris bucket on 1st day literally in the street in front of our mailbox. Scaffolding was not properly secured and lose boards were left on scaffolding at the end of the day, with thunderstorms in the forecast for the weekend. I dealt with Gene and he repeatedly failed to perform as promised. This includes not securing the lose material on the scaffolding. We had to hire a 2nd contractor to secure the lose items on the scaffolding with storms in the forecast. Made ageist slur against me in a documented conversation on June 2, 2019. Their D+ BBB rating is generous!

We renovated our home in NJ and we had to take this company to court. The owner lied and did not complete the contract work, never showed up to do promised repairs, and did sub-par work. This company should be put out of business!!

Gene answered all our questions and gave us his professional advice on matters we knew nothing about. The entire job was done professionally, on time, and with the least amount of disruption to our household. If my friends or family ask, I would certainly recommend them. Horrible experience with so many contractors in the past but I found Gene and all my worries were gone. I couldnt be happier. Gene is so honest and super fair with pricing jobs. I needed repair of leak in laundry room that extended to the exterior stucco. The problem was more extensive than originally thought requiring replacing a joist and sub floor. They painted my basement and repaired cracks in the walls and ceilings. They painted the interior of my home as well. They repaired cracks in the exterior stucco and then painted the whole of the stucco front of the house. I highly recommend this company. Hard working and going above and beyond is their norm.

I’m very pleased to have hired Seci General Construction. Seci came over to my house to discuss the paver work I wanted done in my back yard. When I called or text him with any questions he responded quickly. Seci and his crew did a phenomenal job with the pavers in my back yard. They were professional, kind, respectful and got the job done in 3 days. Once they were done with job they left everything clean. I had 3 other companies give me a quote and Seci was the best price. Thank you Seci General Construction I will be hiring you to do more work at my home.????
