I received a quote within hours of my request. They were able to schedule the work day around my availability. The workers showed up early in the morning and completed the job in the same day. I received great communication from the company from start to finish of the process. I would absolutely work with this company again.

We purchased this home about 10 months ago. Just under a year ago, All American did a full new roof installation (home seller left the receipt for us). When evidence of a leak developed from a pipe/vent boot, I called Brad the owner and explained the situation, especially given that the roof and vent boots had been installed less than a year ago. It turns out this particular vent boot had been replaced by another vendor after the roof installation (for reasons unknown, prior to our purchase). Knowing this, Brad sent a worker to make the repair (new boot and shingle sheet) even though they were NOT responsible for the inadequate install of the prior boot. We are very impressed and grateful for this unexpected level of customer service. We will do all we can to encourage people to have their roofing needs handled by Brad and All American Restoration. All-American Restoration did a great job at a very reasonable price. They installed a new roof, chimney, gutters and downspouts, and repaired some drywall inside the house that had been damaged by a leaking roof. At no additional charge, they also replaced some rotted fascia boards and covered them with aluminum to keep them from getting wet in the future. I highly recommend All-American Restoration, and I would use them again.

Started in late March after roof valley damage from 40-50 mph storm winds. Contractor chose shingle rated for 130 mph wind resistance and high level -( Class 3 [4 is tops ] )- HAIL resistance. Complete roof replacement done in two days. (Finished in less than one week from first phone call.) Crew chief answered on-site questions about dealing with recent wind damaged areas and aged areas on 15-20+ year old roof — replacement of 25+ sheets of sheathing. — details, e.g., self- adherent Ice & Water barrier along edges and covering low slope section. I saw no shortcuts. Five person crew: fast & efficient.The results met high professional standards. Clean-up was during workday. Drop cloths deployed and 99% of plastic trash was cleared away on all sides of house. Magnetic Nail clean-up was thorough; loaded debris trailer shed 10 nails in the driveway. Noise-nail guns and compressor- was tolerable. Crew members always courteous. Asked permission to leave trailer parked overnight

Once Brad and I nailed down a day and time, his crew showed up and showed out. The arrived on time, and went above and beyond to maintain a clean and safe work environment. They did excellent work and notified me of damages they found and asked for approval before repairing. When they left, you never knew they had been there.

Very professional and my new roof looks great! The work crew protected my garden beds, picked up every bit of old roofing, and when they were done it was hard to tell they had been here. I definitely recommend this business to anyone who needs or wants to have their roof replaced. Great pricing too.

The problem I had was I wanted to meet him in person and that did not happen. The job was done on the home my son lived in. Most of the communication was done texting. When I received the final bill by e-mail, it was due that day. I offered to pay by charge card but he preferred a check. I understand why but It made my payment late and it keep show on my statement I was overdue. That bothered me.
