The team did a great job on our roof, however they left extra materials behind and we had to call the office to get it picked up (so we wouldn't be billed). Our project manager didn't keep in touch as much as he said he would during the project period - he indicated he would call periodically during the day to let us know if extra materials were needed but we didn't hear from him until several days later when I called the office about the plywood still sitting on our front lawn.
