choose another company because all American Sealcoat painting does not do a good job

Danny was one of three I contacted, first to show up, said he could complete the next day and quoted on the spot. We discussed the problem areas I thought needed addressing, namely cracks and surface prep and was assured all was part of the quote. I should have been alerted to his immediate availability, but I needed the job done so I agreed. The next day I found he had been there maybe an hour, and had done a cursory job at best of preparing the driveway surface. Grease stains were not removed, cracks were not pre-sealed as he advertised in detail ("I mix with sand and fill" he said) but there was no such attention to detail let alone filling before he sealed, A mulch pile beside the driveway and there was no wind and hot as hell for days while this was done but several bits were stuck in the 1st coat in several places, a couple spots that were just missed due to again. This is basic lack of attention to detail and not doing what he promised, and what I believed was going to be a professional job. Chased him for a week while he cashed my check, then returned a week later with again cursory filling over the 1st coat of sealant. Seems to me having done it myself several times that like painting, you fill cracks BEFORE you seal, again as advertised but skipped the task alltogether. Remedy was that and a cursory 2nd coat. In the meantime he got my neighbor to pony up for $50 less. Danny save yourself the hassle, return trips, and just take the time to do the job right the first time as you assured. Did you return calls and come back and try to remedy, yes you did, but all unnecessary if you did was was promised the first time around? Ya would not recommend.

The owner contacted me almost immediately. He set up an appt. for an estimate the next day. He was on time. I booked him. Job was completed within 4 days. The amount due was the exact amount of my estimate. Danny, the owner, was courteous and knowledgeable. His assistant worked just as hard. I highly recommend All American Sealcoating.

All American Sealcoating is prompt and courteous and agreeable to satisfy their customerâ s needs beyond industry standards. The vendorâ s equipment is well maintained and clean, the areas to be seal coated are well prepared and thoroughly cleaned with adjacent areas well protected.

Didnâ  t clean oil spot just put heavy coat of sealant in it. Missed a large area came back said he couldnâ  t come back til Friday when he could get supplies. Not acceptable. Already cashed check. Refused to come back and returned my money. He is a fraud!!
