They were on time and as far as I can tell, did a great job. Gutters look great. I had contacted them about three weeks ago, and he said right then that due to their work load it might nor be for threw-four weeks. It took All American maybe two weeks, and they called, in the morning came out about a hour later and were done by afternoon. Easy to deal with.

Had trouble 1st. year leaf guards fell off, gutter came loose from hangers, called them no reply 2nd yr. same. 3rd yr. same. Hangers would not hold had to either tear them down or use screws and arrows. Had a great sales pitch.

I initially chose All American, but switched to Icon Design due to a lower estimate. However, when I expressed concern after two delays, Icon blew me off. All American graciously agreed to do the job. Nice guys, very easy to work with. Very efficient - they arrived just before 9:00 AM and were done by noon. Gutters look great!
