My company and I take great pride in our professionalism from the clerical level to every facet of our projects. Once we were able to connect with a good time and date, he came and worked until the job was complete. He explained thoroughly what he had done and what we should do as a follow up. He called the next day to check on us. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

Brooks was easy to work with and answered all my questions though out the whole process. Very professional, thorough, and went above and beyond his original quote to make sure that everything was cleaned up and safe for my family. Hopefully I'll never need his services again, but if I do I won't hesitate to call.

He is doing this as a hobby. He does not follow up after the job is done. Says one thing but does another.example call me after 3 pm, I will explain results. I called 3 times, another call from my spouse. He never answered. Seems like he used my need for his main job racing autos. It took over all his attention. I never got my results like he said on time. Got them 10 days later. Stated he gave me a discount. I nrver saw and numbers, nor receipt. Only the final $407. I asked repeatedly for a writen receipt. Never got it. He was more interested in telling me how he got ripped off by a woman.

"I do not even know how to respond to this lady's untruthful feedback. I was not going to respond to it until a customer stated that they had read it and did not understand who this was written about because it definetly was not about American Services or Brooks Swanson!! All I know is that feedback is permanent and can only be modified by the customer who wrote it. With that said please call me personally if you are not satisfied with our service and I will personally address it. I do drive a Top Dragster in NHRA competition. It is a hobby but sometimes I do wish it was my job I enjoy both. I'm in a great relationship with a great woman."

Top notch company and fine people that do the work. They were a pleasure to work with, did very professional work, cleaned up at the end and kept me informed throughout the process. I really appreciated the way they took my concerns seriously, and educated me about mold. I liked that they did pre and post testing. I felt well taken care of. I highly recommend them.

Once arrived Brooks and his crew did a very good job. They were respectful of my home and cleaned up after themselves very good. My only frustration was waiting for them to arrive each day. It was usually 2-3 hours after the time scheduled. Not a huge deal, but I am a stickler for being on time.

Brooks came when he said he would, set up their equipment and explained what they were doing as they went along. After obtaining the necessary readings they completed the mold clean-up, took "after" readings and cleaned up after themselves. In due course the test readings came back and Brooks explained what the readings meant. We believe they did a good job for us.

Walt and Bud arrived on time with the materials needed to complete the job in a timely manner. I did questions a materials invoice which was sent to me along with the job invoice. There was an error in my favor which I contacted Brooks about immediately. He is arranging for a refund check for the difference. This issue is being handled in a very professional manner. I anticipate using All American Services for future maintenance repairs.

Water Removal Recovery Service
Excellant overall customer service. I would recommend them to anyone with damage to their house. Overall timeliness was excellant. Quick to respond to phone calls, left very little doubt to what was happening and how things were getting done. I could not be happier with the level of professionalism, respect of space, and quick recovery All American provided.
