I am grateful for the prompt and responsive service. In the same amount of time I fretted about how I was going to get my faucet fixed, All American Services took the job and fixed it. There was no need for me to worry at all. I was also grateful for the kindness and professionalism during a Sunday evening service call. Above and beyond.

When my water heater went kaput one weekend, Paul came out right away to replace it. He did a great job and charged a very reasonable price. Since then, he has done other plumbing jobs for me, including installing an InstaHot so that I can get water hot enough for coffee from a small tank under the sink. He always bends over backwards to give me excellent service. I can not say enough good things about him.

I am extremely thankful to Paul for all of his expertise, help, care, and kindness - and on a Sunday in an emergency frozen pipe situation. He was fast and efficient and knowledgable about his work and homeowner's insurance as well, which is all worth 5 stars on its own, but he also contacted an extremely capable and professional water mitigation team right then and they came out that day as well. Small complaint... do know that the office may not tell you in advance, but will want payment right away when Paul completes the job and they aren't set up for electronic payment - just checks. Kinda made me feel as if I had done something wrong when nearly nobody these days has a checkbook on them unless told to.

Shower faucet wouldn't turn off so I called a big name company that had done some unrelated work on my plumbing before, but after they inspected they gave me a huge estimate, way more than I expected. Got in touch with All American Services and sure enough, their quote was much lower. Paul came out promptly, worked through some unexpected issues related to my unique house that popped up, even staying after hours to get the job done that night. Ended up saving thousands of dollars, no joke, compared to the other company. I'm definitely calling them first for anything related to plumbing here on out. Paul and his company are awesome, give them a call!

Friendly same day service, gave me a great deal on a tankless water heater.

Pauls experience really showed through. Had another plumber onsite that could not find source of leak. Paul took one look and figured it out. He is hard working, fast and thorough. Being an insurance claim, he was beyond helpful in working with the adjuster. I cant recommend him enough. If you want someone smart, hard working and personable hire Paul. He makes you feel confident job is going to get done right!

Paul is the best, all american, honest and hard working guy out there! He did so much for us during our remodel. From new water lines to fridge, kitchen sinks, garbage disposal, hot water tank with expansion pack, installing box/hook ups for our laundry room, toilet installs, etc and has been wonderful to work with as we had a hiccup that needed insurance to be involved. Hes patient, communicative and quick to respond. Hes very knowledgeable and is able to explain things in such a way that is clear to understand for someone like me with no plumbing knowledge. We have more projects to go and Paul will be our first call!

Great service. The owner himself came our and evaluated everything first. Was very clear on what was needed and didn't try to oversell on anything. They did an outstanding job! And we are keeping them on our go to list for any other needs.

A true Olympic athlete who provides great service to his customers. The man and his crew, which sometimes includes his wife and a friend of 20+ years is highly reliable and highly recommended. And no. He did not pay me to say these things. No matter how challenging, he got things done. For example, our sewer line started almost 5 feet down and went about 50 feet to the street behind our house. From street level, the line from our house was about 35 feet down. Sewers rely on gravity to function properly. Our old cement pipe (about 70 years old) had collapsed from cracks related to age, settling and roots that entered the cracks. The clean up and repair work were absolutely spot on. If you need good, quality work done. Costs are always a concern. No one likes to shell out money if they can avoid it. But in my opinion, his pricing is competitive and fair. Call this guy! You won't regret it. He's a man of his word, a rare thing in these days and times.

Paul is a peach. He’s patient and friendly and goes to great lengths to explain what is going on behind the walls and under the sidewalk. He takes what he does very seriously and keeps up with modern technology, which isn’t easy for smaller contractors. At all times it was obvious to me that he had our best in mind. He assessed our situation quickly and didn’t hold us up, getting permits or other paperwork , he got that all done without a hitch. Also The workers he hired to help him were all perfect gentlemen as well, And we enjoyed having them all here. Best plumber in the state!

Everything went smooth alot smoother than I thought. He had done the work in a timely manner and was very pleasant. I will hire again when needed.

hired to put in an ejector pit and new bath tub install. Installed ejector pit it above ground when it is supposed to be underground. Never did install the bathtub and reached a point where he did not return calls or text messages. Had to hire another plumber to finish the job as it was never finished and some of the work was not up to code. Actually had another plumber tell us we should sue Wise Plumbing. Cost us double the money to get the job finished and some rework done to bring it to code.

They kept the appointment as scheduled and got the job done in record time. Pleasant and friendly disposition
