I was fraudulently told my collector had failed without anyone from this company verifying by physically checking it, lies about refund and the attempt to extort $1500.00 for a non-existent restock fee (as verified by your supplier). I requested cancellation on April 21, 2026 after no work being done and received a second opinion that found collector working perfectly and a failed sensor at collector itself. In phone calls from Brandon I have been told delay due to part coming from Israel, then it was part is stateside. Next I was told that wouldn't get money returned from supplier, followed by a restock fee and attempting to extort additional money from me. I called the supplier and supervisor informed me that if item canceled all money would be refunded. Additionally, I was told by supervisor that there is NO restocking fee. I was defrauded out of a $1769.50 deposit on cancelled collector as well as $900 for a replacement Goldline unit (he charged $1200 for a unit that ranges betw

These guys are scammers, and unfortunately, I fell for it. A guy named Rico called to tell me that there was a problem with my system and that, if not addressed urgently, this would cancel my warranty. I thought that this was a bit odd, because my app told me the system was fine. Still, since it might need fixing, I agreed to a technician coming to my home. A full inspection, repair and panel cleaning were promised by Rico. When the technician came, after a 5-10 minute visit to the roof, the technician told my wife that nothing was wrong, and that only a single panel needed cleaning, so he knocked some leaves off with his foot. For this, I was charged $1260. This is pretty sad. When the solar was installed several years ago, the company was professional and competent. Not any more. Avoid these people like the plague.

Completely sloppy work, everything must be paid in advance but then they do not communicate when have to remove defects or complete the work. The panels are not placed according to the project, electrical materials were used that violate the Florida building code. If you don't want your property to burn down, do not use this company.

So, the install went ok, sales guys were nice, but the price was astronomical, but they assured me that it would be less per month than my electrical. *shakes head* For some reason, I went with it. Thats not the problem now, though. Richard Baster, the after sales guy won't stop hounding me to spend more money with them. I have asked him in writing 6x today to "cease, desist, stop contacting me unless there's an actual issue with my solar system." He won't stop harassing me. He has sent me 11 harassing emails, just today. These are not good people. Run away. Fast.

Had to have pool heater removed to replace rood because of leaks. Beforehand, worked great. After removal & reinstalled, LEAKS. Has almost from day one. "Service" people arrive late, with no parts, then come back (late), usually a different person, who doesn't know how to fix. They've changed phone system, so you leave message in general box, and will not return calls. BEWARE!

We used All American for our AC replacement, insulation and solar. They are AMAZING! I had lots of questions, and they were there to guide me the entire time. And it worked just as they promised, by the end of the year for the tax credit. Our loan is a very low interest rate, and we now have our meter in from Duke Energy. Be sure to shop around of course, but I can highly recommend that All American be there to give you a price. Blake knows his stuff, his crew did a great job on the install, and so fast! The inspection went well, and less than 20 days later, we are now getting credits with Duke Energy! Very VERY happy Customer!

I am very happy to listen to Blake Blackmon with his recommendation to the size of my solar panel. Now I own the system over 2 months. My first FPL based on 2 weeks was cut down from $250 to $120 and was lucky at the time my monthly installation payments of $168 started in November. Now I got a FPL bill for the full month of November and my electric charge was 27 cents plus $9.70. This was a great surprize. I am sure I will have a small December bill due to my large Xmas lights. The solar installation was the best investment. I don't have to worry about FPL increases rather a monthly fixed installment payment. Black Blackmon is great and very knowledgable sales representative. I suggest any body who is thinking about solar panels to contact Black. Before Black I had 5 different solar panel company and happy I listen to Black who is very knowledgeable and has patient to answer all question. All American is a great company and did a great job. When I have questions they are answered very quickly

Salesman made misleading statements and lied to us about expectations of cost savings that we could expect. After the sale and installation contacts were not responded to. monitoring application that was supplied with the system operates poorly and is inaccurate. At their request I gave them a chance to live up to their projections. I allowed them access to my Duke account and analyze my power usage and power generated. After doing so, they can back with a recommendation to nearly double the number of panels that I had installed. I pointed out to them that their competition at the time had estimated the same number of panels so I could only infer that their product was inferior or installed incorrectly. I would recommend that this company be avoided.

We have had American Solar since 2015. We have had virtually no issues with the product. Customer service is fantastic and if we need someone to look at our panels or answer some questions, the response is immediate.

They are good people to do a job for you!?!

The All American Solar team was professional and knowledgeable. They answered my questions, got me multiple loan options and had my system installed and running 11 days after signing the contract. Very impressive.

Everyone was timely, courteous and and very professional. Installation was scheduled quickly, completed quickly and the system is performing as it should! Very Happy! ... and after completion and payment, they are still very responsive to my questions!
