Could not be more pleased with services performed on my computer got rid of some nasty malware I had infecting my computer. Service was fast and efficient and I felt that I received good value for my money well spent. I even called back later to get a question answered no problem

The person I dealt with was very knowledgeable, patient,courteous and returned calls when he said he would. My only minor issue was that we had to make several phone calls to complete the job due to his schedule, however this did not effect the overall outcome. I am very satisfied with the price and service. I would use them again as well as recommend them to others.
I was helped for 20 mins, waiting 3 hours on hold and was never helped so i hung up. I was charged the $99 at the beginning of the job and it was never finished.
You must have us confused with a different company. All American Solutions provides Premium Computer Repairs on an immediate basis. We answer the phone live, assess your specific problem, and then transfer you to the appropriate technician. Our technicians are able to begin work immediately, unless you wish to select an appointment time that better fits your schedule. Every customer is treated with respect. Nobody waits on hold when calling All American Solutions. Ever! On average, our repair time is 1 & 1/2 hours. We could never repair a computer in 20 minutes. When we are finished repairing a computer, the technician who performed the work calls the customer personally to indicate the job is complete and answers any questions that may exist. Why would anybody wait on hold for 2-3 hours? Wouldn?t everybody simply call back? I would. Sincerely, Bob Feltman Owner All American Solutions
About a week ago, my PC had the Blue Screen of Death (PSoD) problem. I first spoke with the Geek Squad who said they'd fix it for $200. Through an Internet search, I discovered All American Solutions who said they fix the problem for $99 (or my money back). They went to work immediately (remotely) on my PC and fixed the problem. Two days later I had a different problem and called All American Solutions. They offered to fix it without charging me any additional money, and they did. Franco was the tech support person who fixed both problems. Both times I called I got Bob (the owner) , and he's a great guys. I should also mention that about the BSoD was fixed, Bob called the next day to make sure I was happy with their work. This is real customer service and unusual to come across these days. I could not be more pleased. Am keeping my fingers crossed but would definitely use them again if I had any PC problems.

Thank you All American Solutions. I recently got a virus on my Windows computer that did some major damage to my registry and almost all the programs got stuck with a No Response error. A few years ago I had paid for a monthly service with Cox 24/7 support and was never able to find a tech that knew how to fix things. So when my computer got a virus this time, I didn't know where to turn. I logged unto Angies list and found a company that was run by American veterans. Bob, the CEO of All American Solutions, answers the phone personally. (I like that) He then asks a few questions about the problem and immediately connects you to a tech, (who is a veteran). Franco was the tech that helped me, and he was fantastic. My issue was not an easy fix. It took Franco many hours over several days to fix the multiple problems on my operating system and hard drive. Today, my computer works just as fast and efficient as it did the day I bought it. I will keep Bob's number and refer him to my family and friends. He and Franco were real professionals and had all the tools handy to fix my computer without me having to do anything but watch my screen restart a few times back to a healthy state.
