Being in the interior design business I have dealt with many, many subcontractors. Mark exhibited extreme professionalism in his prompt response to phone calls and arrived exactly at the time scheduled for installation. I will definitely use him again, both personally and professionally . He was very courteous and respectful.

Mark seems to be an aspiring independent contractor struggling with some growing pains. At the end of the process we have very nice counter tops and paid a price lower than larger contractor bid. Communication was good for the most part, but a couple problem areas were - not starting work till after 10:30 at the earliest and as late as after 2:00 pm on one day. Mark had limited assistants - did much of the work himself and struggled to complete in a timely manner. In my opinion, taking the position of not re-connecting plumbing (as stated at the beginning of the project), is a bad business practice. With a 6:30 pm completion time for our counter tops and not putting outlets or plumbing back together I discovered that the existing plumbing would not fit and had limited time to rush to a hardware store to attempt the connections. It seems to me, an experienced counter top installation professional would provide better customer service than knowingly leave a project in that condition. However, after it was all said and done, the finished project looks good, on par with a professional installation. The process to get to completion could use some polishing.

Mark made adjustments that were of my making to get an excellent product completed on schedule. Will hire them again!

All American did an outstanding job in a very short period of time. Mark was on time or early, cleaned as he went and put down a seam you can't even see. I should mention we did brand new quartz countertops. It was beautifully done and I can't say enough about the customer service. All around great guy who seems to really care about his work.
