They do not have good faith estimates and do not follow on their word on doing the job.

Brandon came to my house to do a root rot treatment. He told me he would come back once a week to check the status and it would take about 3 weeks to notice a difference. It had been longer than 3 weeks and nothing has changed. I called him and he said he would come to check it out. I came home on Saturday and my yard smelled like gasoline. I have attempted to contact Brandon multiple times and he hangs up on me, says it is the wrong number, and now has blocked my phone number. I have left multiple messages and no reply. I paid Brandon on the spot for the job and it has not been completed. The business card he gave me had 2 different business names. When I googled the names an entirely different company comes up. This company is a scam and if I could them a 0 star I would. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Do not hire this company! If I Could give them zero stars, I would. And here is why: 8/1 /2020 - I needed a large root from a neighbors tree removed, before I could continue my paver project. On the same day, I received a call from the owner of All-American Trees, LLC, Brandon Cox. Said he would be over the following day to remove the root. 8/2/2020: Brandon arrives, tells me I have feeder roots from the neighboring tree that will eventually lead to my foundation and cause damage to the pool that will be installed in Nov 2020. He had a chemical that would render all roots to sawdust within 5-7 days. His quote was outrageous. He cut his verbal quote by approx. 40%. I agreed. Upon leaving he said he would be back mid-week to check on the progress. He did not. 8/7 thru 8/23/2020: Begins numerous text messages, all instigated by me - to Brandon Cox. The trail of text messages is basically me begging him to please come with a chainsaw and remove the root so that I can resume my project. To date: (1) He has not returned to complete the job I paid him to do. And you can be sure that he would be on me daily if my check bounced. Which it did not. (2) When I tried to call him, he would not answer - But He did answer when a friend used her cell to call him. As soon as she said she was calling on behalf of me, he hung up on her. (3) As of today... He has blocked my number. I have called and lodged a complaint against All American Trees, LLC, and Brandon Cox. I am hoping something can be done.

I hired Brandon and Sean to remove some trees from the yard including stumps and haul away the debris. the company did not complete the project. stumps were not grinded down plus there is a pile of shavings that did not get removed, I called the office and they told up they did the best that they could do, we have a signed contract and paid in full for the job, we are senior citizens and we feel we were taken advantage of

make sure the landscaping debris is either carted away by vendor or bundled up per specs of County or City regulations for pick up- usually no longer than 3 feet long and under 50 pounds

The limb of tree fell and split the open the pool screen on the birdcage. He said he would pay for it or have it repaired by the end of the week. The repair never happened. I called/texted and he kept making excuses as to why it was not fixed. I gave him an additional two days to make the repairs and no one ever showed up to fix/replace the screen. I would NOT recommend hiring this company.

They did a great job, cleaned up after themselves, and offered fair price. They were very prompt. I called them in the morning and they were cutting the tree down by the afternoon!

Very very pleased with prompt of service,exceptional. He was there in 40 minutes with his crew ready to cut. Great cleanup. I usually cut my trees myself bit this one was a bit big. Hire him!!!

They were on time, did great work, and they did everything they said they were gonna do! I have already recommended them to a couple different people.
