We wrap and protect your goods with care before we move them to your new destination. We move pianos on a daily basis which require special handling, and our men are trained for this. Our headquarters are in New York and Miami. Our storage facilities are clean & secure for long or short term. We are the largest spa and hot tub delivery firm in the tri-state area, using custom made equipment for this purpose. All American Van Lines did damage to my property. Ruined some of my new floors scratched and chipped floor, damaged my walls, chipping paint and wall. They broke dishes and were incompetent to complete the job. They wanted waivers for damage to a pole lamp and did not want to place a refrigerator in the basement. They quoted me a price of $1,800 roughly and the final cost was over $2,700. They took 9 hours to move us when I was told for 11 miles move it would take 4 hours. I have tried to communicate with them various times about the damage and they have not returned our calls.

They gave me a qoute for a move and over charge me 700 The qoute was exactly right but they can charge you whatever they want I never ok the amount Plus they broke my desk and said they would reimburse me but never did I have called them numerous times and I just get the run around Donâ t use this company

At first a little unorganized because office was supposed to get back to me to confirm the time but never did. Once the movers came they were courteous and efficient and did an excellent job.

The quote they gave me was not representative of the final price. The final price was 1400 dollars higher than the quote. The company refused to call me back on three separate occasions. They caused damage to both my furniture and to the walls of my former home. No recompense was given for all of the damage they caused and I would advise anyone considering this company to reconsider.

This company gives you low quotes than on moving day they charge you 600 dollars more than the moving guys tell you to call and speak to Ronny. You call multiple times and the secretary keeps telling you she is giving them the message and mangers never call you back. They are not professional and absolute liars. I am not happy and would never recommend them.

They packed everything, disassembled the crib and bed and, upon arrival they unpacked everything and put all the boxes in every upstairs and downstairs room! They also assembled the crib and bed!

Theres all kind of hidden fees not disclosed, sent inexperienced movers, threw my stuff around like garbage, broken and scratched items, truck broke down twice. I had to jump start it the first time and second time leaked antifreeze down my driveway to where they had set my belongings.

In the few cases we are not successful, we make it a priority to resolve any issue by providing the customer with repairs, resolutions, refunds etc. All fees are disclosed ahead of each move and there is no reason for us to hide any fees as this will only anger customers and ruin the great reputation we have so far. Trucks and cars break down all over the world, these things happen, we didn't intentionally breakdown our truck during your move, and we appreciate your help jump-starting our truck, this was very kind of you. The leaked antifreeze has been washed and cleaned off the driveway by our crew.
