Very professional and with this current crisis, they were equipped with masks and gloves and stated their safe distancing policy before we made our decision.

They kept us informed compared to the others we tried to keep in touch with. Very responsive to our needs and overall conditions and locations. Also the did test the system completing with results showing that our water needed treatment, but they say we had good water overall. Thanks All American Water Conditioning.

The technicians arrived when scheduled and completed the replacement of my water softener quickly. I was charged $1,295 which included installation. I saw similar water softeners on line for ~$800.

Did not solve my problem because the problem was not the water softener but the pvc pipe coming in to it. He felt that my only solution was to purchase a new one. I asked him to try to repair or replace the leaky pipe but evidently he didn't think that would work, so I will try a plumber which is what I asked for in the first place. The leaky pipe is not part of the water softener.

By choosing my own water filter and purchasing it separately for them to install, I was obviously working outside of AAWC's normal zone of comfort, but after one false start when it turned out the existing plumbing didn't conform to our expectations, we got the job done and the filter is working great. A tiny pinpoint leak in one fitting was subsequently repaired quickly and without any fuss. Overall a very good job.
