Clinton was great. He called me to let me know he was going to be late and gave me a specific time he would be there. Very conscience of Customer's time. Went straight to work, explained what he was going to do and did it perfectly. His labor charge was very reasonable. Will Definitely call again and Highly Recommend.

I had a terrible experience. All I wanted was to repair a malfunctioning ice maker, which I thought was due to a leak in the line. I ended up paying for a new ice maker and the job cost me over $400. The repair man never kept his appointments, was either late every time or cancelled and re-scheduled for another day/time. After he replaced the tap on the line, I ended up with a leak that bubbled the floor of my sink cabinet and came through the basement ceiling in my bathroom. When I contacted the repair man, he told me what parts I should get to fix it! I made him come back to fix the leak and he insinuated that someone in my house had opened the shut off valves. Only me and my cat live here and I had gone away for 2 days. A Joke!! Then he came back again and said the problem was because there was dirt in the line caused when the main shut off valve had been closed. I ended up calling a plumber who told me the repair man didn't have a clue and the problem was the way he put the tap into my cold water line and he then fixed it clean and simple - but it did cost me another $170. Very, very, very disappointed in this situation!

Very professional, quick, and knowledgeable. Discussed most likely cause of the problem and I received an acceptable quote before he started the work. He managed to work us into his schedule and although he hit typical NJ rush hour traffic he kept in touch with his ETA. He arrived when he said he would, brought the parts that were mostly likely the cause with him, and finished the work quickly and efficiently. Wish all appliance repairs in the past ran so smoothly. Would use All Appliance Matters in the future for any repairs that should come up.

Even though he was completely booked when we called, he squeezed us in and came back after 7pm to make sure everything was working properly.

Was charged for a quote. He took measurements and then no response. Called and spoke with them on phone but still no response. I would not recommend their services.

Hired to clean a dryer vent, discussed it over the phone, did clean only the dryer but not a vent, did not have any cleaning equipment, this company does not clean dryer vents

Arrived on time and assessed the issue with my dishwasher quickly and was able to repair. Very satisfied.

The response time was very good, the appliance service knew what the problem was and recommened another appliance which turned out pretty well.

He knew what he was doing showed up promptly to diagnose but think the price was a bit steep. Told me he would call me in the morning after he called his distributor. Never called me back about finding the part. I had to call him several times but he did answer his phone and did fix the fridge the next afternoon.

Terrible customer service. Was over 3 hours late for the appraisal. Then he told me he'd be there by noon the next day to fix it. I had to call HIM at 12:15 and he told me he wouldn't be there until 3. We had to reschedule cause we had plans later in the day. He rescheduled for Sunday (his suggestion) and was hours late AGAIN. He also had an attitude cause he "never works on Sundays".
