Did a great job.

He was on time. Very nice. Fast. I will be recommending him .

I called and set up an appointment and he came out right on time. He looked at the dryer and said that we needed a part and he would order the part and be back the following Tuesday to finish the job. He asked for a check for $60.00 for the house call. I wrote him a check and he left. I haven't seen him since. He never came back with the part. I called him on Tuesday when he missed the appointment and he apologized. He said he forgot and was at another service call and would call me back. He never called back. Wont return my calls to him. He did cash the check. I got online and googled him. I found about ten different posts on yelp complaining about the same thing. He seems to like to take peoples money and not finish the job and not return calls. We went to our local magistrate and the police and are pressing charges. DO NOT USE THIS MAN. HE IS A CROOK!

Fast, easy repairs. Was as quoted.

Bill showed up promptly to give a quote. He took our money and did not respond to texts and calls.

I called this business to fix my fridge. They came promptly and the guy was good to do business with, I thought. He replaced the motor. A few days later my fridge started to sound like a Mac truck among other things! I have called them 5 times and emailed with absolutely no response. Why do people do this. Just fix it right the first time. We depend on professionals to do what we cannot. I would consider not using this business!! Don?t give them your hard earned money. SHH

Not pleasant to work with.

Bill came out for the initial call, said he knew what the problem was, and would order the part and come back for the repair. He collected his $60 fee and gave me his card. After 10 days of calling and leaving messages as well as emailing Bill, and not getting a response, it was clear he was not coming back, and had to start over with another company, and pay their trip charge to come out and diagnose the problem. Bill is as unprofessional as it gets. Do NOT waste your time, or your money.

Contacted him on a Friday and he was out to my property Saturday at noon with the part to fix the washer. Very knowledgeable in what's he's doing!

I called Bill to tell him I needed the drain hose for my washer replaced. He ordered the part and arrived for the repair the following Saturday. He was on-time and replaced the hose. He seems to know what he's doing, but if you are looking for someone who is a professional, I would not recommend Bill. Here are my reasons. I've had a lot of repairs in my home lately and am used to professionals who deal with glitches such as having to move the washer or inconvenient screw placement, take care of all the little details, and clean up after themselves. That is not Bill's style so I had a lot of things to do after he left. He would not clean up the 1/4" or so of water in the drain pan even though I offered him a towel. He said it would evaporate. He would not re-duct tape the dryer vent (even when I offered to supply the duct tape) because he said it fit tightly enough. He did not put a disk on the end of the hose to prevent it from going all the way down into the pipe. He did not reattach the dryer venting to the back of the machine. He did not reattach the drain hose to the back of the washer. He would not move the washer/dryer unit back where it came from and kept insisting it was not there in the first place even though the marks on the carpet were clearly visible. So, I had to move the washer/dryer unit (and complete all the other items mentioned above) when he left. The returning the appliance to its original spot resulted in the dryer vent (that didn't need to be duct taped b/c it fit tightly enough) coming off and me having to remove the front panel to duct tape the vent pipe with the duct tape I offered him in the first place. The other part he didn't duct tape came apart the first time I used it so I had to fix that, too. For the repair, he charged me $65 for the hose (which I found at Sears, the maker of the washer, for $47.11) and labor charges for a grand total of $150 for slightly less than half an hour's work for him and about an hour's work for me after he left. So, as I said earlier, he did seem to know what he was doing and replaced the drain hose, but he was less than professional about it. I sent him an email on 5/5/18 to see if he would rectify the situation with a partial refund and he has not responded as of 6/29/18.

Very prompt and knew exactly what needed to be fixed.

If you are going to hire this person make sure you watch him.

Called on Wed and Bill made it out Saturday morning. Bill solved our problem in one trip! We were charged a service fee and were told if it didn't solve our issue, he would come back at no additional charge to re diagnose and move forward. Thanks All Appliance.

Technician called same morning, made an appointment for next morning and arrived promptly. Provided useful information upon inspecting our freezer. The compressor was shot and it made more sense to replace than to repair.

Bill seemed a little annoyed during the call. He did the work quickly and efficiently, however, he could have been a bit friendlier.

Prompt arrival, knowledgeable troubleshooting, fair price.

My thoughts are, Bill was very courteous and friendly. A pro at what he does. Very professional and neat

He showed up on time and easily diagnosed the problem with my dishwasher. He advised my father of a do-it-ourselves remedy which was great. I suppose my only "gripe" was that I essentially ended up paying $60 for advice on how to clear the clogged drain in my dishwasher.

He lies about showing up, he ignore calls and doesn't even have enough heart to pick up the phone and say he isn't coming. I was charged $160 and didn't come back and finish any work. With every call he ignored me
