Same day service to fix my GE microwave. Arrived 6 hours after I called them off of the Home Advisor list with the necessary parts. 30 minutes later the microwave was up and running. Their work was meticulous and careful. I strongly recommend them for appliance repair.

The appliance was old, and we were afraid it was something major, but he evaluated it, and determine it was the electronic card in the refrigerator that had failed, and he run out and picked up a new card and had us up and running within an hour or so.

Working with this company was wonderful. We hired them after we found out that our dryer wasn't heating properly, we read reviews here on homeadvisor and other sites, and ended up calling them directly since at the time they were not using homeadvisor to find customers. I am very glad we called them! Ankur came out on a Friday afternoon, he was on time, very polite, and very understanding of our pets wanting to know what was going on while he was working. He diagnosed the problem with our dryer and checked to see if he had the part on his truck, when he found out he did not have the part with him he wrote me up a receipt and said that he unfortunately he had a full day of jobs lined up, but he was willing to come back at the end of his day as long as it wouldn't be too late for us. I said that this would be fine and asked what the down payment was for the work. He refused to take any money until he had finished the job, It did turn out that he was unable to get back to us at the end of the day, but he called us early in the evening to let us know that it would be around 10:30 until he could get to us, so we scheduled an appointment for the next day. He was on time the next day as well, but even so he apologized for showing up close to the end of the time window he gave us. He installed the part in under an hour, told us why the part has malfunctioned in the 1st place, our vent needed cleaned, gave us some advice about vent cleanings, and when he learned that we were going to clean the vent ourselves since we have the tools and the know how, he opened our dryer up more and cleaned out the inside of it so that we would not have to, and did not charge us for doing so! Fabulous experiences, even though we knew we weren't his only customers for the day while he was talking to us on the phone, or in our home, he was focused on us and what we needed not where he was heading afterwards. We will not only hire them again we are recommending them to family and friends!

Very good - prompt, polite and fixed fridge quickly - I would hire these guys again. I called them around lunchtime, they arrived before 3, left to pick up a part and had everything fixed by 430. Didn't get another quote so not sure if it was value for money. $266 to replace compressor overload relay and clean condenser coils - fine by me.

I put in my request at 10pm and they had someone at my house at 9am to fix my fridge. They showed me what was wrong, quoted the fix and promptly performed the fix. I'd recommend them based on my experience.
