Do not hire this company if your hardwood floors need more then a light touch up. My floors needed to be taken down to bare wood and according to 3 other companies, that dealt just in refinishing floors, the floors would look as good as new. Unfortunately they were not available when I needed them. As a result of poor workmanship and the lack of experience of Jody's employees, my floors have been damaged. I had to bring in another company to try to repair the damage, unfortunately they could not. I read all the reviews for her company and her responses. I'm sorry I didn't pay more attention to the negative reviews. It stands to reason that a negative review will be responded to by excuses and explanations that try to diminish the impact of that review. Beware of "Jack of all trades".

"Dear susan Again I am very sorry you were not pleased with the hard work done by my very experienced employees. As I said before I have excellent reference especially for hard wood floors but as explained to you before during and after you had mold in the hardwood floors in various spots , probably from someone putting wet items on floor. And those areas needed to have hard wood replacement. I saw the almost completed floor with the two coats of poly and they looked beautiful. We cant please everyone i guess. But for those. Customers that have given my company many five stars Thank you."

I would not hire them again. There service was not up to even standard.

Many issues, setbacks, and delays with this company. I would not recommend hiring Jody. The people she hires out to are incompetent and unprofessional. 3 weeks after starting a retiling job and the shower still isn't perfect (or even finished - I need to spray paint my ceiling because the second person she brought in stained it and then I'll need to silicone around the edges myself. I also lost hot water, just in the shower, for several days, and while I now have hot water, the shower isn't getting any cold water).

"Dina Again I am so very sorry for this situation I had Hired a guy that had fabulous references, unfortantly his first job with y company was you and his references were obviosly not to true to be told, I did bring in two of my guys that have been with me a long time and tryed to please you and take care of all situation, Unfortuntly being that your plumbing is 70 years old it was not adaptable to the new plumbing fixtures that were needed to be installed with your tub sower, So yes indeed this took longer then expected. When Stanley left there was cold water and this is the first time I have heard this informaton. Please give me a call so I can compensate this situation.... GOOD HELP IS SOMETIMES HARD TO FIND..........."

And remember this was another contractors mess we were cleaning up. The bulk head was purchased to the budget we agreed upon. Keep in mind the new products aren't like the good old day products, But the installation and work was completed to your satisfaction when Brandon left. Your wife did make a commit that she was extremely picky I'm sorry for her dissatisfaction please feel free to call me if I can Help."

. Jody (owner) and Brandon (her employee) were very courteous and made the experience very enjoyable. Brandon was very efficient and completed the installation of 10 shutters within short timeframe. He was very neat and you could tell he knows what he is doing. Based on that experience I hired them to clean up my yard in my new house.

I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANY ONE NEVER! THEY NEVER COMPLETED THE JOB AND SHE KEPT GIVING ME EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE ON WHY SHE COULDN'T FINISH THE JOB!THIS COMPANY IS UNETHICAL AND UNPROFESSIONAL!THEY CREATED AND LEFT A BIG MESS IN MY YARD! They did not do the work that I hired them to do. The shrub root is still above the ground level. At first they said they would remove the root but I knew it was too big for that. I did want it removed to ground level so we could cover with gravel. They did not do that. The root is above the ground and I can not cover with gravel. We could have done the work ourselves and saved the 250 they charged.

They need to be on time. There chain saw failed in the middle of the job. They had no back up saw. Left the job to go to a hardware store for a bolt to fix the saw. Had no tools to fix it. Had to borrow a wrench from me. Charged me $190.00 for a tree that was already on the ground which I thought was a bit to high. Picked up all wood and branches but , did not rack. Wanted to take an other sm tree down but , they didn't have the wright trimmer with them. Said they be back Friday but I cancelled. Not a good experience.

Never came back to finish the job...Also business card provided to me had false telephone number and unable to contact them...Telephone number on business card is 413-512-0102 and telephone company could not verify this number which card states is in Turners Falls, Mass...Owner is Jody Rattrigan so beware of her and her company...
