All Around Door

The entire process was seamless. Several days back, I called multiple local companies to ask for quotes on either a repair or replacement for a new garage door opener system, and potentially a new door. Steve at All Around was simply amazing when I called. Even though I was 'just a phone call', he spent a solid 15 minutes with me on the phone, answering all of my questions, and asking many questions in turn to help create a good quality quote. Customer service was 'ok' with the other companies, but All Around really shone right off the bat. Steve came out a few days later to take a look and take some measurements. Despite the oldness of my system, he still attempted a repair in case on was feasible. Ultimately the motor was beyond repair, and he did suggest a new system and we did opt for the new door as well. A few days later, the installer came out and completed the job in less than 4 hours! He was super friendly, efficient, courteous, and explained everything clearly. I was pleasantly surprised how easy everything was, and our new door looks and sounds amazing. And there was never any attempt to upsell, no ambiguity with the price, and I paid to the penny what I was quoted originally. I will certainly recommend All Around to anyone who needs garage door service. While I know there are a few other good companies out there as well that offer good service, I was really happy that All Around really seems to take their customer service as seriously as they do. And quality is great. Certainly a top-notch company in my opinion.

Very prompt service

I went to the Home Advisor website to search for a company to replace my garage door. The spring broke, and the door was worn out. Steve from All Around Door contacted me within the hour. I told Steve what I needed, and he put together a quote that sounded very reasonable. The installer was able to come out the same day to measure for the replacement door. This was a Thursday. I got an appointment for installation on Monday. Jacob (the installer who also measured the door) called me Monday morning to tell me he was loaded up, and ready to roll. He arrived punctually, backed into the drive, and answered my questions before starting work. The job took about 3 and a half hours. Jacob did an exceptional job removing the old, and replacing the new door, cleaning up after the job was completed (with a really cool magnet tool that found all the metal screws, and detritus). After adding the finishing touch of the trim, the door looked perfect. My garage is not perfectly straight but the door glides like a charm. I did have a few other companies contact me to submit a bid but Steveâ s professionalism won him the job. I highly recommend All Around Door.
