Arrived almost an hour late. I had to call to make sure they were still coming. They did not ask if I wanted a quote or inform me of the expected cost of repair before starting. Was told the price of $225. Drove to an ATM to get cash. When I got back, there was a different part that also needed to be replaced. Price increases to $325. I had to drive back to an ATM. Overall, nice guys. Got the problem fixed. I would hire again.

Great company. Came out that day and figured our issue out. The only issue was it was not the main issue so they had to come or again. I will hire again if I need.

I contacted All Around Pro Heat and Air at 11:30 pm. They were here by noon. I told them it was not an emergency but they treated like one. The man that came out was friendly, personable and explained everything in layman s terms that even I could understand. I would recommend this company to anyone needing hvac help.

Caleb was great and did a fantastic job! 10/10 will request in the future should we need any more work done.

Caleb was a professional! He kept me informed, was punctual and polite. Even called back to check how everything was working and reminded me to call him if I have any problems. Everything is working great! I definitely recommend if you need service or a new a/c install.

The installation was done today so I m basing this on the process of getting the estimate and then the installation. I have found them to be very fair in their estimate, timely in getting the work done and very friendly. I look forward to using this company for future H/A needs. Ask for Caleb.

We had a little difficulty with getting the work done at the scheduled time, but he did come the same day it was scheduled just several hours late because of some circumstances beyond his control (vehicle trouble which I completely understand happens sometimes). I was completely satisfied with the work and the price. This was my second opinion on a unit another company insisted needed to be replaced. This company just added a little Freon and it is working just fine again and charged me a very reasonable fee. I have found my new HVAC company from now on.

This business does one key thing that others recently have not. They stayed in contact. They let me know where they were, if they were delayed, they kept me updated. When Chaz came, he was polite, easy going and most of all helpful. He didn t talk down or try to make things out to cost me more. He actually wanted to fix my AC and even gave me a quick estimate to do some more work I needed. Best be sure I ll be calling them here in a few more months to do it too. 5/5, 10/10. Whatever scale you like.

Excellent experience. We have them out for a tune-up, just to be sure everything is working good before summer hits us and 110+ temps. Caleb was great - knowledgeable, respectful, on time, an all around good experience. I would hire them again. My total was $185 and he added (I believe it was) 2 pounds of coolant. It is now cooling even better than before.
