Contractor forgot about appointment, I had to call home advisor to report no show. Finally got return call from contractor and he showed to make repairs. Once contractor showed repairs were made.

Replaced roof in a very timely manner. Crew stayed busy and completed work a day ahead of schedule. Could hardly tell they were here with exception of leaving behind a beautiful new roof. Very satisfied!!!

He was very quick.

Dustin was extremely customer focused and always made a point of letting me know that my being happy and satisfied was his priority. I am using him again in the very near future.

1st day he showed up as scheduled, ran over my garbage can at end of driveway and drug it up side of driveway, tearing up my yard!! Tried to get on roof during rain storm. I wouldn't let him. Next time, he didn't show up at all for appointment as we agreed upon. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

I received an honest estimate. They arrived at the agreed upon time. Their work was fast and accurate. They cleaned the job site before leaving. They cleaned the area so that I could not tell they had been there except for the new roof.

Replaced a missing single the very next day after I called, 3 hours before it rained.

Dustin was prompt to call, quote and even got to our house a day early. Reasonably priced and they all did a great job.

Prompt response. Showed up on time. Did good job and for agreed upon dollars. I would/will recommend.

Dustin did exactly what my roofing inspector stated needed to be done. I had other contractors that looked at my roof and I was told I needed to tear down and start over and cost would be thousands of dollars....Dustin was very honest about what needed to be done and he did just that.. I will be calling on Dustin for future home improvements that I'm planning. Thank you Dustin

HomeAdvisor contacted multiple contractors. All Around was the first to contact me for information and provide an estimate. Material and color match was perfect and job was done before the resident realized there was a workman there! Another contractor pulled up in my driveway 2 days later thinking he had the job; miscommunication between contractor and HomeAdvisor.

Dustin & crew did a great job, had lean to roof put over patio 21' by 28' foot. Dustin said the job would take 3 days ,but he finished in a day and half. Would definitely hire again. Very professional Timely and highly recommended.

I have a number of 'roofs' on my home...due to various additions over the years. I have asphalt roof, rubber roofing, roofs with awkward configurations that make 'dead spots' I am very pleased with the gentlemen's professionalism and work ethic. My only complaint was that they arrived early to the appointment to give estimates for the various repairs. No way I could get up on the roof, so they took pictures of each problem spot. We went over the pictures showing the lifted shingle, the split in the rubber roof and the dead spot. He explained the underlying causes of the problems and proposed methods of repair. I am certain the roof was repaired properly, although the 'proof in the pudding' won't happen until we get these crazy rainstorms again.

This company did a very good job. However, I thought a bit high on their price. I ask them to give me another quote on two other projects. After several weeks I have not heard from them.
