All Around Maintenance Tech

Long story short, I wish the work was professional the first time and that the customer service was better. I would not hire again. They took on several projects, some of which were done well (painting the kitchen, fixing a non-working light). The workers were very nice. After they finished a bathroom they were to repaint, we had to call them back, as there were several areas where the old paint showed through, or weren't painted at all (behind the toilet, ceiling, trim--even though these things were agreed upon in our quote). They took the trim off one wall to try to fit in a vanity and didn't put it back. We also noticed that painters tape wasn't used in one area of the home, so white paint is now on our abutting wall. When we brought up many of these concerns, they did return to fix the bathroom, but the new quote had some confusing additions and we were being charged even for a service that wasn't performed. The owner made us feel gaslighted, at first telling us that the service was performed (later confirmed that indeed,, it hadn't been) and asking "what about the quote [we] did agree with" when we tried to address our concerns, which I felt was unprofessional. I'm glad they fixed the bathroom to make it look more professional, but it was a hassle and a pretty upsetting exchange with the owner about our concerns with the discrepancies about the quote and what we were being charged in the end. Unfortunately, I would not hire again.

They took on multiple projects, some small and some large. They were professional and worked hard everyday. They stayed in constant communication to make sure they were covering everything that needed to be done. They gave me the best quote for the amount of work that needed to be done. Overall the work was good with only a couple issues in small finishing details. I would recommend them as a general contractor.
