Chad and Moses were both freindly and knowledgeable about the problem and fixed it quickly, including clean-up and follow-up. If needed, AAP will be my 1st choice for repairs in the future.

All Around Plumbing staff were very professional. Their work was very well done. In addition, several other plumbers told me the job would cost $5,000 and would involve tearing out my whole shower. All Around diagnosed the problem differently and the plumbing work cost me under $500. Also, they did not take long too give me a quote, They gave me a quote and did the work the same day. I am now able to use the shower without water going into my basement. Next they will be coming to install double sinks in my master bathroom. I would highly recommend All Around. They are first class in terms of quality work, customer service,and value.

All Around Plumbing was much cheaper than Michigan Plumbing and they repaired the sump pump quickly and professionally.

We had an appointment on June 27, 2011 @ 1:00 PM At 11:00 AM I recieved a call to let me know that they were running late on the previous job and would be here @ 2:00 PM. I very much appreciated the call so that I wans't wondering where they were. They were here at @ 2;00 pm. The two young men introduced themselves and were very professional. The next time I need a plumber, I know who to call. Thanks!

Was thorough in diagnosing the problem with my water heater. Gave me an affordable solution to fix it, $600 less then Michigan Plumbing, we installed a new one that was $1200 less then Michigan Plumbing.

They came within a day or two, they did quality work and cleaned up at the end of the first day, most of the job was done by the second day, we had to wait for the dry wall man who was ill but the service was excellent.

Everything went well after a 2 hour late arrival. There seemed to be some confusion about why I was not notified about the delayed arrival. At first I wanted to cancel the job, but they apologized about the delay , so I went ahead with the project.

One thing you could count on with this company is they would not be on time or just not show up for appointments. They left with an installed faucet that the drain insert was not working which they were aware of, but said to call if it wasn't working. They did come back several days later to correct the problem, but for the amount of money plumbers charge for the amount of time and level of skill to do the job is ridiculous and should not result in faulty workmanship.

Chad was swift and right on que. However, he is kinda hard to get ahold off for other jobs. But, everyone gets busy seasons. Hope to have this company back for some more updates.

Let me know that my issue was actually fairly easy to solve w/out his assistance. Walked me through the steps on the phone to repair a leaking line and saved me the cost of having him come out. Will call him again next time I have an issue since he saved me a good bit on this one.
