Micah is a very likable gentleman. Very friendly. Came out to provided an acceptable bid immediately and started at once. Unfortunately I was out of town while the job was started and paid him in full. After that I was told I was no longer a priority. He had other more pressing jobs. Although he finished laying the pipes he never returned to restore the driveway. We were unable to use our driveway and garage, and the mess left behind streamed down to the neighbors. After a month of trying to have him complete the job he was paid for I found and paid another contractor to finish his job. Unfortunately we will not be using Micah in the future.

Micah and his team did a great job in replacing my water main. I received several bids on this job, all of which were more invasive than the direct boring technique that Micah used- no trenches in my yard, no torn up sidewalks, no hassles. It's rare to find a plumber that is as communicative and eager to get the job right as Micah. His priority is to create a happy and lifelong customer, not to get paid and move on to the next job. I only have to call one number for all my plumbing needs going forward.

Called and scheduled a free estimate and Micah came out the next morning, He did a great job of explaining what he would need to do and he was able to come back the next morning and install our gas line. Micah was efficient, friendly and professional all the way. Was so pleased with him that I've already recommended them to some friends and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for service.
