They got here when they said they would be here and they started to work immediately. I talked with them and they explained some things and told me a couple of things that could possibly help the AC unit from this high heat temperatures. Eric

Arrived almost an hour late. I had to call to make sure they were still coming. They did not ask if I wanted a quote or inform me of the expected cost of repair before starting. Was told the price of $225. Drove to an ATM to get cash. When I got back, there was a different part that also needed to be replaced. Price increases to $325. I had to drive back to an ATM. Overall, nice guys. Got the problem fixed. I would hire again.

I contacted All Around Pro Heat and Air at 11:30 pm. They were here by noon. I told them it was not an emergency but they treated like one. The man that came out was friendly, personable and explained everything in layman s terms that even I could understand. I would recommend this company to anyone needing hvac help.
