Excellent experience with All Around Roofing from the time I requested a roof replacement estimate through job completion. Received a very competitive quote and they had my total re-roof scheduled in less than a week from signing a contract. My new roof looks great. They did the entire job in 2 days and would have completed it in 1 day if not for a required interim county inspection between dry in and replacing the shingles. Everyone at All Around Roofing were great to work with, from Gary the manager, Chris the job foreman, to Ashley and Jeremy - office personnel to the crew that performed the work. l am very pleased and I highly recommend All Around Roofing to anyone looking for a good roofing company.

Had an issue which was resolved, but shouldn't have happened.

The salesman was a fast talker and not everything he told us was the truth. We fought with our insurance company for several months and the roofing company was to bill them for the supplements and they did not - now we have to pay out of pocket. We are not happy. We should have never showed the salesman our insurance quote and would strongly advise anyone else not to .

Had a little snafu with drying in the flat roof, 2 rainstorms later my ceiling was cracked and pouring water, but they had a crew come in and replace/repair everything within 24hrs along with the completion of the roof. Total # of days from start to finish for the roof and damage totaled 5 days keeping in mind 2 days no work was performed while waiting for the inspection to give the go ahead to finish the job.... very pleased with the customer service and timeframe for completion of the roof project as well as the repairs.

Very honest and up front. Never steered me wrong. Good employees. Cleaned up AS they worked. A credit to their work ethic.

They are EXCELLENT! Great staff every time I called. We had been struggling to find an ethical business who told us the truth and did what they said. These guys were TOP NOTCH. inspection was perfect. Workers were respectful and you never even knew they were there at the end of the day. Highly recommend!

had roof replaces & repaired in the past, never before so fast, clean & professional in just one day a whole new roof . Because we had leaks crew on the job just 2 weeks after signing!!. Large crew & priced right. I like product has a 10 year warrantee. licensed inspectors. No hard sales, product & services sells it self. get a quote or 2 then call & ask for Chris Mednis you wont be disappointed

Thomas Fisher was my project manager. Received a typed and detailed quote. Was 2nd best quote of 5 quotes. After due diligence the best quote was disqualified thus making All Around the best legitimate quote. Due diligence was detailed and included speaking with the materials manufacturer and verifying insurance. During due diligence I had a lot of questions. Thomas was quick to respond to each. I wanted to add a warranty and I wanted to add gutters (Asked for price and again Thomas was quick to respond). Once we came to signing day Thomas made sure all my questions were answered first. It was only a matter of days before Thomas gave me a work schedule and a few days later there was a team on my roof. Fortunately my POA was quick as well. A day later the gutter team came in and by happy accident the gutter color is an exact match to my home's trim. Not almost - it is exact. A couple days later there is yet another member of the team setting up ladders for the inspector. Passed without a problem. This company works as a team. There are certain people who do certain things (roof, gutter, inspection, project manager, warranty person) and your project manager is the one communicating most. I highly recommend this company based on my experience. The experience was highly professional, excellent quality, painless from start to end.

Replacement of double-layer shingle roof. Senior project coordinator, Gregg Embley, is provably experienced, confident and proactive, making contact and arrangements with my insurance company himself. He gave good advice and remained in contact throughout the process. His team members did a great job as well.

At first they were great at communicating everything that was going to happen. I submitted my claim in August was told my work would be completed by the end of October. The work finally started in December and everything was finished by January. The project manager was hard to communicate with and did not always respond to my messages. There were several times I had to call the office directly to get him to respond to me. As far as I know the roof is complete and done. All the work they did was great it just took forever to get it done. I don’t know if it’s an issue with the company necessarily, I think they just have so much work that it’s hard to keep up with and they are not great at communicating. If you use this company you definitely need to stay on them and keep your project moving.
