"All Around Roofing & Exteriors regrets the poor and at times lack of communication to you. We strive and expect much better from our Project Managers. This project was based, like so many others, on storm related damages, and had to go through a lengthy insurance related process called supplementing. While the original claim was dated August, USAA, did not approve the supplement request, for the work they failed to cover initially, until October. Once that occurred, we contracted with you. While we dealt with weather and trade related delay's, the project finished and was final invoiced to USAA, for all final funds to be released, in February. These insurance related claims take time and patience. But I want you to know, we are sincerely sorry for the lack of communication throughout the process. You and all of our customers deserve better and should expect better. Thank you for letting us know about your experience, so we can get better each and every day."
"All Around Roofing submitted the necessary paperwork to the homeowner's insurance company on January 7. This was the second time we sent the requested documentation and the funds were released to the homeowner on January 11. We have also submitted rebate requests to GAF and supplied that confirmation information to the homeowner. This was also completed in early January. We certainly apologize for any miscommunication, but the review is simply not accurate and encourage the homeowner to reach out to our office if she has any questions."
"All Around Roofing certainly regrets the poor experience and we have been working with the homeowner to get her issues resolved. From the beginning, we have agreed to take care of the property that was damaged during the installation of the roof. Unfortunately, these things to happen sometimes during construction and we will always make it right when brought to our attention. I understand that homeowners want things done a certain way, however, we work from, and most of our contracts are based on, the insurance scope. All Around Roofing never agreed to upgrade Kristina's siding. When possible we use the highest quality materials, however, insurance only pays to replace the same type of material that existed prior to the damage. In this case, we did upgrade a 3 tab roof to a Class 4 shingle, plastic gutters to aluminum, and plastic domed skylights to Velux mounted skylights- all on our dime and to ensure a quality end product. We will continue working with the homeowner through the insurance and mortgage process to make sure that goes as smoothly as possible, and as we have offered before, members of our management and ownership staff are open to meeting with the homeowner in person anytime to discuss past and ongoing issues."
"I apologize for this performance. I'm not exactly sure about all the details, but we do not leave matters undone or not completed. I'm disappointed and will use this as a learning tool for this type of drop, not to happen again."
"The correct way for a re-deck on a re-roof is to go over the existing decking This is the city code requirements if there is bad decking or space decking. This is also the way the manufacturer specs call for on a redeck. All Around Roofing and Exteriors goes by all manufacture specs and city codes. If you as a homeowner wants us to do it differently and not go by city code or manufacture specs we will not do that. I apologize if this upsets you for but we pull the permit with the city and it is our license on the line and we want to make sure it is done the correct way to code and manufacturer requirements."
