"Thank You Susan for allowing us to assist you. We would like to address each alleged issue individually: 1. All timelines are weather permitting. Your choice of paint a flat over a semi-gloss required removal of the existing paint, in which the customer declined. As a company we strive to give our customers over the top work. We also want to ensure that the customer is happy and did the job you requested. The cost of this project totaled $1300.00 in which the company was paid $900 as 85%( garage door caulked, repainted, all the front trim as well as the peeks were completed, as well as the side trim. Yes due to the sheen of paint if you looked really close you could see the semi-gloss coming through. During the correction phase you requested that the sub-contractors leave your property. Prior to completion and clean up of the contracted work. 2. You were informed that we had sub-contractors coming out to complete the job, in which you were ok with. Sub- contractors have their own crew in which we have no say so who they have as their employee. We do apologize about the incident. Once made aware by you we arrived to your home within minutes to identify, correct, and resolve the issue. 3. During prep work the sub-contractor was on site removing the gutters in which he was never told not to. This was to prepare your home for painting to keep the existing paint off of your new gutters. 4. Once the contractors were asked to leave they did immediately to avoid any issues due to the tone and actions of the homeowner. To avoid any issues someone from the office came to your home and retrieved the remaining items. We sincerely apologize for any inconveniences and hope in the near future that we are able to service you."
