Travis was scheduled to come by to give an estimate. When he & I formulated some alternatives, I chose the least amount of work. Travis looked at his watch, asked if a Home Depot was nearby, then suggested he do the job RIGHT NOW! I was ecstatic! No future arrangements, advance scheduling, etc, just Git er Done!
