Jerritt was very professional. He worked with my schedule to find a time that worked for both of us, so I could get the job done ASAP. His prices are also very fair. He was so nice (even my kids said that!) and was very efficient when at my home. I already recommended him to two of my friends, and I will definitely call him again for any other issues.

I had a late night emergency with a dishwasher not running at proper temp. He was able to come right out, quickly diagnose, and get the temperature back up to code before I needed. The dishwasher?s water tank is ancient, and another tech had previously recommended replacing it. But I haven?t had an issue with it since this visit. He was even able to recommend ways to prevent issues, and note things to look out for in the future. It?s hard to find a company you can trust to have your best interest in mind. All Black will be my first call every time. 10/10

I was having an issue with my microwave door shutting, and the tech was able to identify a fix for it within minutes. He even brought my attention to an issue that I didn’t know I was having with my dishwasher, and advised how to better keep up with maintenance on my refrigerator. He has helped with various odd jobs in the past, and has even been able to provide support via phone in urgent situations. I am glad to finally have an efficient, knowledgeable, customer experience focused tech I can depend on to get the job done right. And at minimal cost. He will be my first call every time.

My washer machine was constantly running after a power outage, called him up he came out, and diagnosed a control board came back the following day and installed a new one and it's been working perfectly since 10/10

My dryer stopped heating, he arrived in a timely manner, kept in contact thru out the day until he got to me. Diagnosed a bad element, ran to the parts store and came back 30 mins later and installed a new element

Emergency call on Thanksgiving, my oven stopped heating , reached out he arrived a few hours later diagnosed a bad heater and replaced it day of,saved my holiday!

Dishwasher was not draining. They arrived ten min early diagnosed the issue. Removed a piece of broken glass from pump. Fixed it in one trip

he broke my oven door and a cabinet drawer and left many parts on my counters when he left.we went to arbitration and i won $7oo in damages which in ayear he never paid.

Timely friendly and responsive

Jerritt installed new icemaker replacing old and replaced faulty water valve. He did an Excellent Job. He was very Courteous, and is very competent and pricing is very reasonable!! Enjoyed conversing with him when opertunity arose!!! Highly Recommend. A+
