The service agent had excellent people skills and product knowledge. He was very thorough and we were totally satisfied with the work that was done.

They were prompt on the appt time they made, explained in detail all of the features of the new central vacuum, and made an extension for the hose to reach a little further for me. I have OCD when it comes to my floors. Just perfect!!!

I contacted Rick and explained to him that my central vacuum was not operating in my vacation home in St. Augustine. He tried to troubleshoot my system over the phone, but based on the symptoms he needed to come out and troubleshoot it. I explain to him that I lived in the Boston area and wouldn't be back down until the week of the July 4th. He said no problem, and we scheduled an appointment. Rick visited my home as scheduled and promptly determined the root cause of my central vac's problem. Unfortunately the cost to repair it didn’t make sense since the system was 10 years old. Rick offered me a new system at a reasonable price, which he could install the same day. A couple of hours later, I was back in business. Rick thanks for the great job you did!

Hands down this is the absolute best vacuum company in central Florida, maybe even the entire state! Service provided by owner Rick Titus far exceeds expectations. His level of professionalism is second to none. We had the hide-hose system installed in our new home (a fairly new system that not many have heard of). During the initial consult, he walked us through the differences between the hide-a-hose central vac system and the traditional central vac system to ensure we could make an informed decision. He did not push us one way or the other. He listened, he answered questions, he explained and was not in any rush. He is extremely knowledgeable and completely trustworthy. During installation, he treated our home like it was his own. There wasn't a spec of dust, paper, material or any other remnants of his job left behind when he was done (this was not the case with all subs who worked on our home during its construction.) I would recommend ( and WILL ABSOLUTELY) recommend Richard's Vacuum Center. There's no need to look elsewhere! Rick's level of professionalism and customer service quality is a rarity nowadays! I'm Team Rick all the way!!!

JUST THE VACUUM WAS INSTALL. THE WRARING WAS DONE BEFORE JUST THE VACUUM INSTALL ..JUST THE VACCUM AND ACESSOIRS $1,700.00 was for Me to expensive compare to Canada very over price....I they not have the choice, no payment plan this was very hard, We are senior no discount ether. so the rest was very likeable it is done and we are happy. To value for the money this is was to much.......I should had shopping around before ..to compare price. thank you

He fixed a problem with wiring to the unit at my business that no one else has been able to fix over the years.

Rick quality and workmanship is outstanding. He arrived on time and completed the job of installing our central vac with professionalism. Everything was cleaned up, absolutely no mess left, he even took the trash with him. Very pleased with the job Rick did and he sells a first rate system that is made in the US which was very important to us. Richard's Vacuum Center is the only place to go. We love our new Central Vac.
