I'm very happy I called Joe at 5pm on Monday. He came over at 7pm and fixed my refrigerator in less than an hour. Nice and knowledgeable guy, excellent work, and he gave advice on avoiding future problems.

I would highly recommend All Brands! Joe was quick to respond and extremely thorough. He had my dryer up and running in no time, also helped me with my washing machine, and even took the time to completely clean out my dryer so it would run more efficiently. He truly went above and beyond what most repair services would do.

When it comes to repairing appliances in my house I was selling, the dishwasher was not draining properly and the Refrigerator was not staying cool, so Joe was great to fix them both for me. Nice, and reasonably priced!

Experience matters. Joe has the experience you need. He was the 2nd guy we called for our recent dryer troubles, but from now on he will be the 1st guy we call for any appliance issues. When our dryer stopped working back in May I didn't really know who to call so I just posted on Angi's list and went with the first guy who responded. That guy was Aleksandr from Horizon Appliance Solutions. He was nice and all, but spent about 2 hours trying to figure out what was wrong before telling us we probably needed a new control board. It would take a couple of days to get delivered, and even then he wasn't 100% sure that would fix the problem. Fortunately my wife's intuition told her this guy didn't know what he was doing, so we paid him $100 for his faulty diagnosis and then we called Joe. I told Joe what the other guy said, and just from my brief descriptions over the phone he was like, "What? What the heck is that guy talking about? That's gotta be the thermal fuse." We set up a time the next day, and he came when he said he would. He was in and out in 25 minutes max and had my dryer working perfectly after replacing (you guessed it) the thermal fuse. Just imagine if I had gone with that other guy. We would have been without a dryer for several more days, installed a new control board, and then STILL would not have had a working dryer! Thank goodness for Joe.

Joe was courteous and respectful and answered all my questions intelligently.

Joe was awesome. My washing machine was broken and the problem was more complex than he initially realized, so he did the necessary detective work to address the problem (clogged tube was causing the pump to work overtime). Great, friendly service at a fair price -- on a weekend, no less!

Joe provided excellent service for my dryer repair. Within minutes of me placing a service request, he was on his way to my house. He fixed my dryer, replacing a faulty part and doing a thorough clean. On top of that, he was knowledgable answering my questions, friendly and well priced. I will certainly call him again as needed.

Joe was fantastic. Very thorough and he did a fantastic job on our dryer! It's 17 years old and it works like new just like he promised! Very professional. I highly recommend.

They fixed my refrigerator. Quickly and at a good price. I would use them again. The technician was pleasant, informative clean and knowledgeable.

We paid 165$, spent more than 2 weeks without dishwasher and at the end had to replace with a new one. Our LG Dishwasher had error HE- that means heating element issue. We called all brands ask if he can fix it. After first visit we were told that problem solved without replacing parts, have been charged 235$, but problem remained. Second visit was after few days of waiting and texting, and we were told that heater doesn't work (!) and he need to check with a part store how much it cost. After few more days of texting, he told us that the part will arrive in two weeks and that the balance will be 210$. When we refused to wait he agreed to refund 70$ only, which means he charged 165$ for service call only. And he didnt give us the invoice.

Professional, friendly and courteous. Showed up when he said he would. Got the job done.

It was a terrific experience working with All Brands Appliance. I spoke with them in the morning, they came and fixed my dishwasher the same day and it cost less than I thought it would. Mr. Romano was professional, friendly and efficient. He was enthusiastic and willing to explain what he was doing to diagnose the problem. He also shared some tips for keeping my dishwasher running well and fixed a sticky button. The dishwasher now runs better than it has in years. Many thanks!

We got good service, able to diagnose the problem quickly, which turned out to be a plumbing rather than appliance issue,accommodate our schedule, and fixed another appliance problem for no added charge.
