We paid 165$, spent more than 2 weeks without dishwasher and at the end had to replace with a new one. Our LG Dishwasher had error HE- that means heating element issue. We called all brands ask if he can fix it. After first visit we were told that problem solved without replacing parts, have been charged 235$, but problem remained. Second visit was after few days of waiting and texting, and we were told that heater doesn't work (!) and he need to check with a part store how much it cost. After few more days of texting, he told us that the part will arrive in two weeks and that the balance will be 210$. When we refused to wait he agreed to refund 70$ only, which means he charged 165$ for service call only. And he didnt give us the invoice.

It was a terrific experience working with All Brands Appliance. I spoke with them in the morning, they came and fixed my dishwasher the same day and it cost less than I thought it would. Mr. Romano was professional, friendly and efficient. He was enthusiastic and willing to explain what he was doing to diagnose the problem. He also shared some tips for keeping my dishwasher running well and fixed a sticky button. The dishwasher now runs better than it has in years. Many thanks!

We got good service, able to diagnose the problem quickly, which turned out to be a plumbing rather than appliance issue,accommodate our schedule, and fixed another appliance problem for no added charge.

Got a quote of 165 to a possible 290 depending on the problem and parts used. Problem was a dirty dryer. Did not need any parts but he had to dismantle the dryer. Spent 2 hrs. cleaning . It looked like the fact that it was a gas dryer fire was very possible settled on 210. Very efficient and area where dryer is located is very cramped. did a first class job and would use Joe again

Joe was unable to repair my washer and after a piece was replaced, I still had to buy a new washer. I did not receive any benefit from the piece he took back as agreed upon.

Hi Christie, sorry to hear about your washer. But the last time I was there was 7-10-17. Anything can happen from then til now. Like I mentioned then keep a watch on overloading.
