We got good service, able to diagnose the problem quickly, which turned out to be a plumbing rather than appliance issue,accommodate our schedule, and fixed another appliance problem for no added charge.

Got a quote of 165 to a possible 290 depending on the problem and parts used. Problem was a dirty dryer. Did not need any parts but he had to dismantle the dryer. Spent 2 hrs. cleaning . It looked like the fact that it was a gas dryer fire was very possible settled on 210. Very efficient and area where dryer is located is very cramped. did a first class job and would use Joe again

Joe was unable to repair my washer and after a piece was replaced, I still had to buy a new washer. I did not receive any benefit from the piece he took back as agreed upon.
Response by All Brands Appliance Repair: Hi Christie, sorry to hear about your washer. But the last time I was there was 7-10-17. Anything can happen from then til now. Like I mentioned then keep a watch on overloading.

Got a call within 20 minutes of requesting a quote. Joe came out same day and had my dryer fixed in no time. Very knowledgeable, clean, and respectful. IĆ¢ ll definitely call again for any services or repairs on my appliances.
