I was contacted right away, was given a detailed list of what was going to be provided. I picked a day and on that day it was forecasted to rain. They were will to come out on the scheduled and come back to do touch ups as needed. The workers arrived on time, cleaned the windows leaving no streaks, the runners were vacummed and the screens hand washed. Excellent job. Owner is friendly and very honest.

Tim did an excellent job with my windows. Cleaning them is not an easy task as nto only does one have to remove the screens, but work through stationery wrought iron grates on some of the windows.

thank you for all your hard work. it was a pleasure working with and meeting all of you. the windows look great even though the weather turned on us at the end. please set us up for an appt in May to do the windows again and then another appt in Nov (thanksgiving weekend if possible) to do both the windows and clean the blinds. we are so happy to have our windows clean again thanks!
