All Brite Services was supposed to remodel my bathroom, I have paid them over half of the cost of the project on March 13, 2020 I was told that it would be about 2 weeks before he could get started, it has been almost 3 months now. When I call Josh M***** it is like pulling teeth to get a response from him, I have called and left multiple messages for him (he answered and called me back frequently when he was trying to get our business). When Josh finally did call me back, I told him of my concerns than he was not keeping us informed about when he would be able to come and start our bathroom. He told me that he was busy and that he would get to it. I told Josh that I felt that it was better for all parties that he just return our money and we will try to find someone else to do our bathroom, because he was obviously too busy. I was told that he (Josh) would reimburse me last Friday May 22, 2020, but I got a text from Josh saying that he would have to get back to me this week. I requested that it be by Wednesday May 27, 2020. I had not heard from him, so I called on Wednesday May 27, 2020 with no response. My husband called the same day and left a message that we are done making calls and will have no choice but to file in small claims court if he (Josh) does not get back with us. He did not return our call. We drove by the address listed of his business on Thursday May 28, 2020 and Josh was outside my husband went and talked with Josh about not returning our phone calls. Josh told my husband that he has been busy, but he would call us around 11:00 today May 29, 2020. I have decided to go ahead and file this complaint because it is almost 4:00 and we still have not received a Phone call from Josh M******* as promised. As of today 6/11/2020 we still have not had any response. I am in the process of filing a claim to get our money refunded to us!

the owner was very helpful and knowledgeable he helped us choose the right color and material for our home and our budget. they do everything so we will be calling them for all our projects from now on.

The owner was excellent to work with and always quick to respond to texts and calls. When problems came during construction and we had to adjust our original plans, everyone was really good to work with us to make sure we knew our options and got what we wanted. I was impressed!

Took 2 1/2 months to complete project. Told us they would be starting the project next week, 3 times. Would not respond to phone calls. Did not buy enough product to complete job once it was started so could not complete project before they ran into weather problems, but did not communicate the problem to us. Left roofing nails in flower beds and lawn. Owner just told us that the nails was not that bad. I would recommend caution using this company. Positive note, we did enjoy the workers who worked on the project. They would talk to us. Felt sorry for the workers, as the problems were not their fault.

This company has proven to be very good and reliable. The owner comes to your home himself and talks with you about your dreams and gives you the hope that your dreams will come true. They are willing to work with you in whatever circumstances you have.

This was a bad experience for me. When I tried to address issues with the contractor, they would not take care of them.

I hired this company to paint the exterior of my home and chose a completely different paint color. I believe I would have given 5 out of 5 stars if they had done a better clean-up after the project was completed. I do have to say though, that the cleanup they did leave was minimal, but they did leave me with some to do myself. I would recommend that you include the type of clean up in the contract, as it is almost just as important than the work itself, and have it done BEFORE you provide the final payment. Here is what I did like: The owner contacted me each and EVERY time I called him within a reasonable amount of time. The owner's crew showed up on time and worked continuously, taking only minimal breaks. The exterior paintwork was done with extreme care and professionalism. There was confusion with getting the correct paint color as the paint I received was actually lighter, and the owner worked with me to resolve the issue in a timely manner.

Workers were courteous and prompt. They troubleshooted lots of things about the install. Door looks great, but they still need to return and fix some tile that was affected by the install. Very fair pricing. Hope to do business with them again.

I had them come and trim by bushes. They did an awesome job. Every thing was clean when they led=ft

They were prompt and professional. He installed two ceiling fans, built a box for my sprinkler system and a door to my wood bin. I was satisfied with the work and will hire them again.

Was told that the concrete had fiberglass added to it for stronger support. I actually paid extra to have it included. The Patio has since started to crack so I had another company come in and look at it and was told it does not include fiberglass and that it was not packed properly. Would not recommend.
