I think this says it all, the guy is dirty. He tried to rip my mother off for 600$ thankfully I caught him. The aftermath of him posing as a licensed contractor has cost my mother thousands. No license

Bathtub Installation and Replacement
RUN! Tub/Shower install was horrific. Tub and surround was a different color. Surround did not fit the tub! Workmanship: tub was 2 inches off level, surround was not backed with waterproofing, surround was not supported on the studs as some studding needed to be added but was not. Additional cost for a real pro was $1,000.

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
I was quoted a price range for replacing a hot water heater between $800-$1200. When I'm given a range, I expect the costs to be within that range. I was charged 21% more than the high end of the range.

"And the price would have been good if we didn't have to fully repipe copper in wall behind hot water tank. That was damaged. Have pictures. We ate 2 hours of labor to help this customer. No good deed......"

Shower Install or Replace
3 workers for a 3x3 stall shower. Sloppy work. Put old dry wall back in wall behind shower pan. Shower pan just draped, not fit to floor or sides.

Kevin installed garbage disposal and faucet within 1 hour. He was very pleasant and professional. Rate was good. Didn't open the line for the dishwasher to the new disposal so had to come back the next day but there was no additional charge. Will definitely use again

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Had water heater installed. They ran into needing additional parts, do to the the way it was previously installed. They were very fair and only charged the cost of the extra parts. Also they were very prompt they arrived one hour and a half from initial call. Expected to wait a couple of days. I checked several businesses and found All Britton to be the best value. I highly recommend this company and will use again.
