I'll be honest, we provided this feedback to the owner on the day of our appointment. He was very hard to nail down on a time and the person sent was late on three separate times he'd given us. Each time, instead of communicating with us, we had to reach out. We honestly wouldn't have minded if he just would have kept us appraised of the situation. We know jobs don't always go as planned. The fix to our shower turned out to be pretty simple, but the worker did not even put the shower handle back on straight. The job got done. It just is the little things that were all wrong that cause me to rate the way I am.

I had a new faucet put in from someone from Home Advisor but it didn't even last for 3 months.

Efficient, fast, knowledgeable , professional. Definitely would call again if I needed service. Was very satisfied.

They came within 3 hours of calling them, diagnosed the problem in a minute, fixed it and presented me with the bill 21 minutes later. Outstanding. But, you'll need cash or a check, they can't take a debit card.

They are honest, easy to work with, took the time to explain what they were doing, and took my concerns/request into consideration.

Good service

I hired All Britton to pull my toilet to see if there was a leak. While explaining the problem I said I hated the caulking around the base. After reseating the toilet, the plumber said he didn't need to caulk it, it was tight. That evening it started rocking. It was the weekend so I called Monday to have them come back out. Mr Britton is really hard to get ahold of since his voice mailbox is not set up. Finally made another appointment. That day came & went & no one showed up. He said he forgot. I made another appointment. They showed up this time but then tried to charge me again! I have no problem with the guys who came out, they were only doing what their boss told them to do. I threw a fit and tried to get hold of Mr Britton to no avail. One of the plumbers got ahold of him and had to convince him not to charge me again. I will never use them again! In fact, I'm not sure I will trust Home Advisor again.

Ryan Britton called back almost immediately. We had the project scheduled for 3 days later. He sent me pictures of options. His crew showed up on time. The project was completed and was perfect.

They were very professional took their time explaining everything to me and corrected the issue. I would highly recommend them.

I had two different plumbing issues that required two different visits. I needed a new garbage disposal, so they went to Home Depot and purchased and installed that. I also needed to have a small ice machine outside by the grill to be hooked up. They looked at that and determined what they needed to fix it, and came back a couple of days later. I had to call to their attention a couple of things they should have seen that completely changed what needed to be done. When they arrived the second time, they had to make two trips to Home Depot to get the minimal supplies they needed, which added significantly to the amount of time they charged me for. I feel they should have already known what they needed, or at least gotten everything in one trip. Also, they cut an access panel in my bedroom wall, and I am not sure that was needed. They removed a hose under the master bedroom sink which was fine as it served no purpose. But that left a fairly large hole in the wall that goes directly to the outside. What I think should have been a fairly simple, quick fix turned into $255.00. I would be OK with that if I could get an itemized invoice emailed to me like I requested so I could see exactly where my money went.

They did a good job and followed up with me to ensure all my expectations were met. Very responsive to my calls and they were respectful of my home while doing the work. Great pricing. I would highly recommend this company. Truly professional.

The company called me immediately on a holiday evening to set up a time to come out and fix my plumbing problem. The problem was fixed very quickly. Would highly recommend!

They were thorough and cleaned up after. Haven't used the washer yet to see if drain is clear but I am confident it is. Both young men were polite and considerate, by removing shoes before walking on carpet.

They showed up when promised and did a very professional job running new gas lines in the house in the crawl space.

Will hire again very reasonable rates and good work quality
