Provided service to rid the interior of our house & the back yard of fleas. Followed Charles instructions to vacuum daily for seven days. After a week our flea problem seems to gone.

He was very polite. Upfront with costs and what his service provided. He explained everything he was going to do and what he was doing as he moved from room to room. He went through the entire house and I have not seen a single bug that wasn't dying since. He put on a new hazmat suit and took it with him to throw it away when he left. I was very impressed with his work and I will be using him again.

So far so good. Charlie came out asap. He treated areas for termites and patiently answered a few questions. He's friendly and patient. I'm glad I left this job to this professional. I chose an anti-repellant so time will tell how well it works. I'd hire him again.
