Called me late Sunday afternoon. I said we could wait until Monday. Came to home promptly on Monday morning. Very knowledgeable, explained problem in detail and promptly repaired unit. Reasonable price, will have him work on future concerns. Would recommend him.

All Cities contacted me via phone within seconds of my sending a request, he came out withiin 45 min diagnosed the problem, explained everything in plain english. We found that the problem was simply a bad capacitor, we decided to fix it now, he did and 90 min later I am sitting in cool blissful comfort. His rates were more then reasonable and far below others I had spoken to and best of all he charged no after hours fee, just his upfront diagnostic fee and a small parts and labor charge. I woud reccomend Jack Arjab and All Cities to everyone firends, coworkers and strangers alike. It is refreshing to experience this level of customer service

All Cities replaced the coil in a 3 ton unit. Other companies wanted to immediately replace the complete system--air and gas furnace. We are happy with All Cities work and the cost was about +20% of new unit. Joe S.
