All City was great. They came in several thousand dollars less than the other two bids we received and then found an additional way to cut the cost even more. They came out quickly, got the job done fast, and were great communicators the whole time. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

I own a 1947 house with its original clay sewer pipe, which has had several issues over the years. David installed a liner throughout the existing pipe all the way to the city connection. Before selecting his company, I asked many questions, and he was extremely patient and thorough in addressing each one. He also provided videos and photos from before and after the installation. The entire process—from communication to execution—was smooth and professional. Excellent work!

Business owner David Communicated and worked with us throughput the process. We started with spot sewer repair however based on the pipe condition, we also lined about 60% (approximately 100 feet) of pipe as well.

A lot of companies just try to make more money off of you but David was very reasonable and patiently explained the problem from the start. He also took care of securing permits etc. and did all the work from end to end (including cutting down a tree)

David was an exceptional person, manager, expert, craftsman and worker. He was so kind and courteous to not just me but my two little dogs also -- and this is my family we are talking about! He and his team followed Covid-19 precautions. His technology was unmatched. He had a big job ahead of him -- to give me an entire new sewer drain system. This job was not expected and I could ill afford it. He was very helpful to me, offered financing with low interest, etc. It is hard to trust contractors but I know I have one contractor to call if I ever have problems with my old house plumbing. Our sewer backed up the day before Thanksgiving and David and crew came in the day after Thanksgiving and cleared our sewer and then installed a liner. The whole crew is great, professional very responsive and helpful, they even loaded a generator into a trailer for me. Wonderful people, great professional and timely service and cleaned the area after they were done to be cleaner than when they started. Thank you David and crew you are great.
