Came on time,did a fabulous,job,was reasonable,and easy to work with.After they left,I called and saw a small area that need a little more streching and would come back.I was very pleased with the work they did.I would highly recommend for any carpet job.

This company was extremely disappointing to have worked with. They came in to clean a carpet with mold damage and left the job unfinished, shrunk the carpet, did not replace the padding they removed, did a terrible tack strip job, and tried to get their money after giving them a substantial deposit, before the job was completed. They did in all fairness clean my master bedroom white carpet well. I would never recommend this company for any job. Untrustworthy, fast talking strange group of people. I should have read their reviews first and gotten other quotes, but I was in a hurry to remedy a mold situation. I do not believe that the mold is dead as they told us as the stain on the underside of our carpet is unchanged although the top stain is lighter. Our result; we are out $500 deposit and have to invest in a new carpet! What did I learn from this? Just beachside a contractor is on HomeAdvisor does not mean they are reputable. Check references and reviews.

They were very easy to communicate with. Even when they ran a little late they were very good about calling me to apologize. They did an excellent job of cleaning my outdoor cushions. I will be calling them again. 5 Stars!!

I have four pet cats in my house. So, I needed my almond color leather sectional sofa professionally cleaned. All Class Carpet promptly responded to my request and their serviceman, Brian Welch, did the cleaning. He did an excellent job and my sofa now looks like new.

Great response time, great work carpets were rippled from original install stretched tight again and cleaned carpet, looks great!

Amazing Knowledgeable On time Affordable Quality too notch

I would NOT recommend hiring them, I regretfully hired them to properly clean a large 3 section couch I have. To properly do so you need an extractor that will actually remove the dirt from the fabric. They did not use an extraction machine or they simply do not have one, regardless the job was not done properly at all. What they did do is vacuum the couch and cushions a little and then spray whatever cleaning chemical all over and then used a small buffer with some sort of pad just like you would use when detailing a car to buff the stains out and they claimed it would also remove some of the dog hair as well. I used to professionally detail cars so I know what kind of machine you are supposed to use to extract dirt from carpets, cloth seats, floor mats etc... they did not do this, the actually made it worse by spreading around whatever dirt is there and by using the buffer probably beat it further into the fabric and also using the chemicals made it wet and musty because it was not extracted and just allowed to sit on the fabric to dry. I was super busy that day working while they were in my home and not minding much attention but I realized all this after they left. They left in such a hurry in fact that they left my balcony door open wide open when it was blazing hot out letting all the air out of my house which caused my AC unit to over work itself and also left their own paperwork sitting on my coffee table as well They ran out because they got a new lead on a new job and they ran out into the hall to simply get the next job locked in not worrying about finishing this one properly and being professional to make sure I was satisfied. They did not extract the couch to remove the dirt, the floor was an absolute soaked mess and piles of fuzz and crap from the buffer was everywhere, a fine mist was all over EVERYTHING from the buffer kicking it all into the air when they knew this would happen because they were talking about using this technique previously. If that was the case they should have had light weight thin plastic tarps to drape over anything sensitive like my $6,000.00 iMac, my $1,500.00 Macbook Air, my $1,000.00 printer all of which I use for and run my businesses out of my home, my desk which was $4,000.00, my plants, my TV, my PS4, literally everywhere after I literally just finished sweeping the floor when they walked in to do the job. To top it all off I called Home Advisor to file the complaint, they told me 5-6 days to get in touch with me to sort this out, that was on 8/16.... it is 13 days later they finally got back to me so if you want people to hang onto your money for a lousy unprofessional job and wait to get it back be warned...

This company truly lives up to it's name....pure class all the way! Service combined with kindess is a winner....there work was 110% quality....I plan to book them in the future for additional services. Scott, Stephen & Brian are competent & personable..thanks guys!

They were friendly , professional and timely.

Scott and his helpers did a fantastic job with the sofa and carpets. They lifted each section thoroughly cleaned each and cleaned the floor underneath the sofa. Excellent job.

Wow! Is the best word to describe. They transformed my tile floors - they look brand new! Excellent work.

I would not recommend this Company. They were very late in arrival and I feel they hurried through my carpet restretch and cleaning and did not allow the time that was due me as a customer. I did not have a lot of time to compare pricing. I think they were high in pricing. The charge included my master bedroom measurement, however they did not even move my queen size bed and clean under it.

Always made scheduled appointments and called if going to be late. Honest, professional while being friendly at the same time. Good results.
